This little spot has THE BEST biscuits, and the ladies working there are awesome. Today I got the tenderloin with gravy and a SEC(steak, not sausage). Everything is homemade. Everything is delicious. Don't listen to the folks complaining about the wait. They left without food, and they're unhappy with their life choices. There is a line for a reason, and it is worth every second you're in it.

We love this restaurant for breakfast! One of my husband's co-workers brought in breakfast from Amy LaFaye's a few months ago and since then we have been hooked. The best chicken, biscuits, eggs...I have never tried anything I didn't love. They have a drive through but it's not fast food. It's made to order and not sitting under a heat lamp so it's fresh when you get it. Yes, the line at the drive through can be lengthy but it's always worth the wait. The food is always fresh and it's still warm after the almost 30 minute drive back from the restaurant to home in Duluth. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed :)

I know there are a lot of times when I say "oh my gosh... this is the best!" ... but seriously... oh my gosh... this chicken biscuit was one of the best!! I'm glad I had a few riders with me who were hungry and ready to eat because normally I'd leave after seeing there is a line to order πŸ˜‚πŸ€£ I need to learn more patience when it comes to waiting on food... only a few minutes from the time we walked in to the time we sat down to eat, plus there was still plenty of tables available since a lot of people order to go. The tables are nice and spacious with big nice chairs 😊 Anyways, this place is ran by an awesome family. Although they were packed busy with a line from the time we got there until the time we left, they still had a smile on their face and seemed genuinely happy to serve us their delicious food and were very excited when they asked us "is this your first time here??" and we said yes.... yes it is πŸ˜‚πŸ€£ I may or may not have ordered more food and the nice lady may or may not have said "here... have some more, you're a big boy!!" πŸ˜³πŸ˜‚πŸ€£ Hey hey now, don't be judgin!!! πŸ˜‰ Something about how they make that chicken... it was soooooo soft and tasty and went very well with the biscuit egg and cheese. Can't wait to go back and try their tenderloin biscuit and country ham biscuit 🀀🀀 #chickenbiscuit #chicken #biscuit #eggandcheese #breakfast #breakfastfood #delicious #foodsofinstagram #foodie #ilikefood #ilovebreakfast #iamgoingback #amylafayes #iwasfull #iwassadwhenitwasover

Best "home cooking" spot around. Only place that does cornbread right. Every dish I've tried is out of the park good. You'll be lickin your plate clean!

Lawd have mercy!! Can't believe I've waited this long to try them!! I came about 30mins prior to closing with low expectations, but they had fresh biscuits and just made us eggs! The young lady cut my biscuit and PILED bacon on my fresh buttered biscuit! The BEST bacon, egg, cheese biscuit of my life!! BEST grits EVER!! The atmosphere feels like you walked into your granny's house after coming home from college with a good job offer!! Very friendly! I will drive past ALL the breakfast spots for that biscuit!!

It just doesn't get any better than this. Home cooked style food that reminds me of food I ate growing up. The staff is so incredibly friendly! Every time I come here I leave with a huge smile on my face. Right now they are not allowing customers inside so it's drive thru only. They do not have a speaker so each car's order is taken at the window. It is worth the wait! If you want food faster that's what fast food is for. This is the opposite of fast food in the best way possible. My daughter and I look forward to Saturday morning breakfast. We stay warm in the car and listen to music while we wait in line. No complaints here! Great folks serving great food. Now I'm hungry...

Great food as usual! Been about a year and a half since I visited here due to a move and such. The food is reasonably priced, fresh, homemade cooking. We got breakfast plates with grits, bacon, gravy biscuits and eggs. We also got a couple of biscuits with eggs and bacon. The selection was limited as we arrived in the drive-thru about 10:30AM and there was a long line. It does take awhile but BE PATIENT! This isn't a fast food joint and they are doing the best they can. Super friendly service. When we got to the window it was nearly 11AM (their closing time, still with about 7 or 8 cars behind ours), so the gentleman told us they were sold out of everything except bacon and country ham (meat wise). He said they had had a line since they opened that morning. Word of advice: go early!! Like, very early! I am guessing their dining room is closed since I didn't see anyone in there and the crowds were going to the DT. Highly recommend & worth the wait!

The food here is so delicious. Down home southern flavor served with a smile. Clean no frills seating area with plenty of space. The menu on this day consisted of tender loin, ham, green beans, mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, and the best cornbread I've ever had. Didn't have room for dessert but no doubt it would be tasty. Sweet tea keeps you coming back for more! Highly recommend.
