We loved it! Hostess and Wait Staff were excellent. It was busy but they still had us seated in less than 10-minuets. We had the Antioxidant Tea and Chicken Sausage Pizza. Very pleased with both. Highly recommend. We will be back!

We shared the Heirloom Tomato Pizza which was vegan right off the menu, the Tempeh TLT sandwich, kale salad, and sweet potato hash. It was all excellent. I had a Thai Basil Grapefruit Martini which was superb.

We were there to celebrate my husband's birthday. The food was delicious and the staff was great. We had eight people who ordered eight different things from the menu and we all enjoyed them. We will be going back real soon.

I had Salmon well done (which was amazing!!! 🙌🏽) added to my Teriyaki Quinoa Bowl. The take out waitress was so friendly and helped a lot and was very knowledgeable about everything on the menu. I loved the food and while I waited I saw so many amazing dishes going out to the dine-in customers that I want to try out when I return!

True Food has been one of my favorites for such a long time and will continue to be! I just had my 28th birthday dinner there and they were super accommodating and provided the most perfect atmosphere to celebrate and cheers with friends! Go for a date, go for a lunch meeting, go for a celebration - just go! You will thank me :) Thank you Travis and all of the staff at True Food!!

Food and drinks were great. We had two wait staff helping us decide what to try on our first visit. Since I don’t remember their names all acknowledge to all of them that they gave remarkable service and we shall return.

University Park-Dallas: The staff, the food, the drinks, were all amazing! Building has a great upkeep and you can taste the freshness in your order! We had multiple entrees and became huge fans of some like the teriyaki plate, and not so big fans of plates like the butternut squash, regardless, our experience was nothing less than perfect!

My favorite restaurant in Dallas. As a veggie eater, I love how many vegan and vegetarian items they offer. They never disappoint.

Started with the hummus which was really good - the pita wasn’t the best, I think better dipping options would be best maybe veggies. The lemonades were tasty but no free refills. I had pan roasted chicken and was really tender. My friends had the pizza and found it to be good. I would return and try something different for sure

Ordered via doordash but this food is amazing. Got the ancient grain bowl with steak, roasted butternut squash soup, and the carrot cake. Definitely making a reservation soon.

The salmon was OK, cooked well, the dressing was strange in combo. Butternut squash soup was good, my daughter liked the kids burger with gf bun. The herb roasted fingerling potatoes were boring. Husband ate his whole pizza, and said it was good. The kids cookie sundae was great and so was the root beer float, both gluten free and vegan, which was awesome to have. They can work with lots of different dietary restrictions. Down side is it's extremely expensive. We paid over $120 for lunch, with 3 entree, 3 desserts, and 3 drinks. It's a nice place and I love the healthy and allergen friendly food, but the price will keep us away for a while.

Clean food is on the menu when you walk in this restaurant. I had the trout and was throughly impressed with the texture and flavor. In the past I have tried the burgers and they are great as well. You can sit inside or out. Waitstaff is friendly. Togo is available, but for fish or a burger not recommended. Healy options abound.

First time visiting this location. I love the food here. The service is always great! Our waiter was wonderful. However, the hostess ladies up front were not friendly and welcoming. They acted like they didn't understand what we wanted when we walked in. As if it wasn't their job to seat people. Very odd. Otherwise, I love this restaurant.

From start to finish every aspect of dining at a True Food Kitchen is fantastic. My body is happy after eating from the delicious food made perfectly. Their allergen friendly menu and aware staff makes my dairy, egg, and gluten allergies seem like no problem at all. A++ we will be back, many times

The one healthy restaurant in Dallas with an elegant ambiance! Seasons 52 used to be the other sophisticated healthy restaurant nearby at Northpark but that location closed. Parking is plentiful, free, safe. Intuitive and well-trained wait staff. The cauliflower appetizer is uniquely delicious! Plenty of vegan and vegetarian options while meat-eaters have great options, as well. Everyone I've brought here was surprised how much they loved it. Eating at the bar is fun as you can watch all the activity in the kitchen or just watch the game on the TVs overhead. Excellent botanical cocktails or standard beverages if you prefer.

Great Menu options for all types of eaters. Prices are fair. I usually eat at the Plano Legacy location. It seems larger, and I believe the food was prepared better. Vegetarian and Vegan options you'll really want to eat.

What a wonderful lunch. I had the delicious vegan cheese burger with a side of kale salad. I normally don't eat kale but the dressing made it tasty. Thank you Mocha for the wonderful service and great recommendations.

Super delightful gluten-free vegan burger! Love that the patty is housemade! With yummy, fresh ingredients including walnuts. I also loved the sweet potatoes and they have a super tasty housemade pesto you can add as a side to anything- highly recommend! 🤩 #veganburger

I’m not from the area. My girlfriend lives here. I’m in for the weekend and she said we HAD to go and eat at her favorite restaurant. I had the vegan burger which was incredible. We split the hummus which was also great. I forgot to take pics before, so here’s the after. 😋 We had Merry Machata’s to drink. Everything was delicious!!!

It's one of the finest restaurants to have healthy food. Additionally, they have enough options for vegetarians. Two Reasons to go to this place: 1. Good food 🍱 of course 2. Impeccable service. If possible ask for "Ariella" as your server. She is fantastic and will help you out if you have any confusion in terms of ordering, lol 😂 however she is really kool person at this location. My recs for Vegetarian 🌱 (p.s - I'm vegetarian :- no meat and no fish) 1. Edamame Dumplings 🥟 - It has dashi, white truffle oil, herbs (270 cal). It's really delicious and my go to starters. 2. Herb Hummus - It has cucumber, cherry tomato, onion, olive, feta, lemon oregano vinaigrette & house-made pita (710 cal). It's good in taste however Edamame always comes first. 3. Good Earth Kale Cobb salad 🥗 - it’s one of the best salad that has cashew poblano ranch, romaine, avocado, cucumber, pickled jicama, corn, cherry tomato, gorgonzola, crispy chickpea, hemp seed (500 cal), I always ask to add tofu. I also recommend to have this salad with mozzarella cheese instead of blue cheese. 4. The O.G. drink which has ginger, honey, lime. It's best to beat this burning hot weather. All three ingredients are good for throat as well. Thank you!

Food is always excellent and fresh. Seasonal options are what you should look out for. One of the better places for fish in Dallas, but everything else is great, too. Service is normally top notch. Atmosphere is more on the louder side because of poor acoustic isolation and very reflective materials, so just know that in advance. Limeade is hands down the best in Dallas.
