Great for those on AIP, a Paleo diet, a Keto diet, highly recommend if you need gluten free. The gluten free food is off the charts, you must visit. They also have locally roasted coffee. My go to place for lunch when I am tired of cooking.
Company Cafe is one of my very "favoritest" restaurants! Everything on the menu is gluten free or can be made to be gluten free. I have Celiacs disease, so eating out is complicated for me, but not at Company Cafe. It also has a very cool, laid back vibe and excellent wait staff. I hiiiiiiighly recommend it to everyone!
We go regularly and absolutely love this place!! Good people and incredible food!! We regularly drag our non gluten free friends and family there, and they love it just as much!! Our faves are the stuffed French toast, biscuits & gravy (the pepper gravy is to die for), and chicken and pancakes!!
Always a great experience! Huge gluten free menu! A must go brunch option in Dallas.
My favorite restaurant in Dallas!! I've been gluten free for 10 yrs, and have never had better food (and service to match). Every time I go I ask the same question... "You sure this gluten free right" and I get the same response "YES" lol.
We live in Arlington, but drive over for Company Cafe! Husband has to eat GF, and he loves your Chicken Fried Steak. Waitstaff ALWAYS patient and helpful. Love the atmosphere for sure. Several months ago early before many customers were in...one of the staff (don’t remember his name) sat at our table for just a couple of minutes visiting and explaining some of the menu choices. The GF choices brought us in, and we will gladly keep coming back every chance we get.
Delicious food, friendly staff, casual & chic environment. Gluten free options, very accommodating for specialized diets. Fabulous all-around establishment
A celiacs dream restaurant!! By far my favorite place to eat in all of Texas
It was very busy so the wait was a little long but the food was great, our server was very nice and we really enjoyed It! Will definitely be back
It was very busy but were seated quickly. The place is bigger than it looks from the outside. Food and coffee were great! Waitress the best! Really nice experience, looking forward to a return trip.
Love love love this place! It’s a must visit every time we are in Dallas. Pleeeeeeaaase come to Okc!!! It would go over huuuuge
My wife and I always enjoy CC. The fish and chips are gluten free and we always get a mix of sweet fries and potato fries ... we only wish there was one in Rockwall so we could come more often!!
One of the best restaurants out there catering to those with special diets! Thank you! We wanted to try everything, so we will have to come back!
I picked Company Cafe and Bar because it was close to where I happened to be. I believe Fortune was shining on me. There were far too many tasty things on the menu and everything was gluten free. On the list of traditionally gluten filled items - now gluten free - were staffed french toast, french toast bites, and banana foster's pancakes. There were also traditional breakfast items, but what my friend and I ended up getting were two breakfast bowls. I had a bowl with ground beef, an egg, an avocado, and diced sweet potato. My friend had the migas bowl. I will most assuredly make a return trip to get even more scrumptious breakfast items.
Company Cafe is a "Go-To" place for when I'm out and about with my mom. Company is very gluten free conscious which is why we always keep coming back. The menu features GF options, yummy breakfast plates and classics like the Company Burger. Their sweet potato fries are the best sweet potato fries I've ever eaten! I always choose the endless, self-serve drip coffee. If you arrive at a busy hour you'll be tightly seated to someone you don't know, but if you're there at a strange hour you can enjoy the great patio or inside. This place is great for good conversation, enjoying coffee and great food. The wait staff is amazing, too!!! BTW, their GF cakes are out of this world! We always order a whole cake for birthdays and special occasions. GO EAT AT COMPANY CAFE right now!!!
Really enjoyed this spot. I got the chicken fried steak and it was really good. I like the gluten free option for the breading. Will be back for brunch next time.
This place is consistently good. They have a large menu with tasty salads and other healthy options but plenty of deliciously sinful items when you're in the mood to splurge. The harvest salad and cup of chili left me satisfied and happy without feeling too full.
Came here with my coworkers and loved it! I had been to the one on the trail for breakfast before, but not lunch! I ordered the salmon and the balsamic reduction over the Brussels sprouts and cauliflower just danced off my pallet. Pictured: everything at our table! It was all delicious although my veggies could've been a bit warmer!! Smokehouse tacos, salmon, chicken pesto risotto, and the chicken sandy.
This review is for a lunch visit, so can't speak to evening. Fantastic service, casual atmosphere and an interesting mix of food. I had the chicken sandy and would like to try the burger next time. One caveat: beware the hot water in the men's room! 🔥
This restaurant used to be my absolute favorite! But ever since they opened the one on Katy Trail, it seems like this one has started going downhill. I loved the cool staff there and the food was always amazing. Overall, it's not a top pick for me anymore because it's hit or miss now.
My favorites:
The Grandpa
Mac N Cheese--seriously amazing!
GF Granola and Yogurt
Short Rib Sandwich
Johnny Rooster
Went in to Company Cafe on a Saturday and although it was crowded, we were seated pretty quickly. The food was delicious, service was good, and the atmosphere, although crowded, was very comfortable. I would love to go again when it is slightly less busy.
Felt like eating a burger for lunch today: with sweet potato fries of course (and a regular bun, I don't have Ciliac disease like apparently the entire metroplex has LOL).
No beer though, have to go back to work.
Is their Chili any good? Like Texas Chili good?
Awesome food I'm very impressed!!!! The burger and sweet fries were grade A
Pretty Good:. This is a tough review to write because the food came out luke warm, which for me, means it might have been amazing, but I would have to go again to be sure. I liked the ingredients in my main dish ("deep bowl"?)- egg, sweet potato hash and avocado but breakfast is not a dish best served luke warm. I also tried my friend's omelette, which was good but prob not as good as the "bowl." We also got an iced coffee which was just so-so and the silver dollar pancakes which I was told were good. The atmosphere was very urban and stripped down but casual and friendly. Overall I would def say this place is worth a second chance as the service was good and there's a nice patio.
Good food, great staff. I love the quirky folks that work here and was delighted to find them at their new location. The food is excellent, fresh and tasty and special orders are no issue. The desserts are to die for (ask for the non-gluten free ones if you really want to indulge). We usually are brunch visitors, but are looking forward to stopping by for dinner soon. It's so totally non-pretentious - and with good food as well. The sweet potato hash is awesome - a must order every time.
Amazing, especially for Greenville. Healthy, organic, delicious, and veg friendly. Loved it. And great beers!
I have been several times and i have enjoyed it most of the time. The only dish i avoid is the chicken pesto risotto - over spiced and kind of makes you think you are eating a chrysanthemum. Ick. Service was friendly and quirky as usual. Love the staff.
YES this is my second review! Two days in a row should indicate how good the food was that I’m back, back again!
Hands down the best Gluten Free restaurant in Dallas. Our waitress was incredible, we also tried new items from the menu and they did not disappoint! The Biscuit & Gravy starter is so good!! Both dishes were so filling and packed with flavor. I’ve also never had bread pudding and WOW, so flavorful! Thank you again Shavon for your warm hospitality! See you soon
Anyone who leaves less than a 5 star review is a Karen! Find me another gluten free place that has this quality of food, service & variety!
Sooo If you don’t know now you know!! Almost everything is Gluten free!! And I know what you’re thinking, you’re wrong! ITS DELICIOUS- a must go! Met one of the founders of the restaurant and thanked her because I haven’t had a brunch like this in decades!!
Honestly being gluten-free, it was good to find another place where I felt comfortable to eat..let alone brunch vibes. Very quiet for a Tuesday after but that works. Service was good, food was really good. Especially the French toast bites. I was really full and satisfied. This will definitely be a stop for me when I spend time in dallas
The BEST gluten free food I’ve ever had!! It was a dream!!
Their fried chicken, French fries, and gravy were unbelievable. I also tried the gf fried green tomatoes and I was just shocked how good they were. We ate there twice in a row while we were in town!
This place had an incredible selection of gluten free breakfasts foods that are hard to find! Highly recommend the French toast bites and the sweet and spicy fried chicken waffle!
Breakfast here was absolutely wonderful! I fell in love with not only the range of gluten free options on the menu, but the banana pancakes I ordered! If you like sweets, you'll enjoy these pancakes! I liked the environment and the atmosphere of the restaurant. I wish we had a location in Oklahoma!
Not sure how I haven’t shared all the greatness of Company Cafe and Bar because I’ve been her multiple times! Great customer service. I’ve never had a long wait to be seated. There’s a bar with a TV, tables, booths and outdoor seating.
The Bumblebee chicken scratch is my favorite dish when I’m hungry hungry: fried chicken breast, poached eggs, hollandaise, honey butter and a gluten-free biscuit. When I’m being “good” I get “The Beat”: avocado, 2 slices of bacon, eggs, sliced tomato and toast.
I’ve never had lunch or dinner here but I can only imagine it’s just as fresh and flavorful. Rather your looking for a nice cocktail or great ambiance, This place won’t disappoint you!
Great gluten free options. The chicken and waffle was the best I've had. You should absolutely stop in here if you are in the area. They have gf bread pudding as well. The gf pancakes were fluffy and normal looking, tasted great.
I have been wanting to go to the company Cafe for breakfast for a while, but just hadn't made it work. I treated a friend of mine to breakfast there and he loved it as well. He got an eggs benedict dish. It was on the gluten-free biscuits instead of an English muffin. It made me want to come back and try the biscuits and gravy. I got the avocado toast which was exquisite. The bread was toasted to perfection and topped with pesto. On top of that was sliced avocado topped with micro greens and some secret seasoning. It was extremely delicious. I gave my friend a bite and I think he had breakfast Envy. We shared some pancakes and took half of those home and I got to eat in the next day. I will be going back here again soon.
First time eating at the Company Cafe, and it was amazing!!! I ordered the gf biscuits and gravy with eggs and bacon, delicious! My daughter ordered the gf fried chicken and waffles, and she absolutely loved it! My other daughter got the gf chicken strips and a side of gf Mac n cheese, both were really good! We finished with a scrumptious gf brownie. Allen in all I’d give this place an A+! The only thing that I didn’t like was their ordering system, I prefer the old fashioned menus you can hold. Lol.
Friendly staff, small establishment, the wait was about 45 minutes on a Saturday mid-morning so we checked in and walked around some. All of our food was on point and was thoroughly enjoyed by my family so it was worth the wait. I ordered the chilaquiles and they were very flavorful, shared some with my table and they also agreed. We'd like to go back soon.
I’m so happy this place exists 🥰🙏 so many delicious gluten free options and they even have a little gf bakery thing. Also amazing staff!
Overall, food was great. I ordered the sweet and spicy waffles and it was delicious. However, I don't recommend the espresso martini as it was probably the worst one I've had. It definitely didn't taste of espresso shots and if anything more so like an 8oz cup of drip coffee with vodka. Other than that the employees and the atmosphere were nice.
This is a celiac’s dream. Wonderful GF menu.
