When I first walked in I said to myself wow this place looks nice and also clean. When I looked at the menu I was like wow these prices pretty high compared to other Persian restaurants I've been to where the food is great. My friend who is Persian said the same thing and decided to walk out and I said, "we are already here let's try the food and to our surprise it was well worth it, great tasting food. We loved the food and my friend that is very picky and is Persian he said it's the best in Dallas.đź‘Ťđź‘Ť
There are only positive things to say about this place. From the exceptional service and ambiance to the amazing food, everything was outstanding. For a group of 13, we paid $475 (tip included), and the pictures show just a portion of what we ordered. Everyone was thoroughly pleased and delighted with the service! We will definitely come back!
Excellent food and excellent service. Meat was so perfect and tasty. Soup was very nice. Yogurt drink was very good. Finally we had tea and it was good. Did not feel heavy after the meal as it was a perfect combination for the dinner. Customer service was excellent.
Place is ideal for families. I will visit again for sure and try different dishes as well.
The food was delicious…definitely try the appetizers. If you can…go with a group and order family style. Each dish is unique and you won’t be disappointed. And you can’t go wrong with the KABOBS.

This place been the standard for Mediterranean food for me in Dallas, the meat is quality. A little too expensive but I like to come and indulge once in a while. I’ve had the chicken / beef combo and chicken / kabob, want to try the sirloin steak / seafood options next. I’m not sure if it’s been addressed before but the bread and the drinks are the weakest link. Bread gets hard and cold too quickly. I LOVE the sides, the cuke yoghurt and hummus are very authentic. The drinks are a generic mix of flat sodas. It’s BOYB if you’re into it.
I came here after work while visiting Dallas, and it was really good. The saffron rice is very delicious and the ground beef kabab (Koobideh) was also fantastic. It was my first time trying Dolmeh, and it was good as well.
The food was fresh and made with quality ingredients. Our waitress was very kind and helpful. I’d recommend this place to anyone.
Shiraz is both my son and I’s favorite place to eat in Dallas. We both love the koobideh and we have been treated exceptionally well by the staff, particularly Milad. Excellent food, service, totally undeserving of the 4.2 rating on google. Try the kabobs, the eggplant stew, the hummus, and all the salads all great.
Great shishkabobs! Nice presentation. Bar service is so-so. Every time I come that’s their weakest point. Appetizers are ok. But main courses are great!
The food is great specially the kabob kobideh which has a special place in my heart, the ambiance and service is fine too but I took one star because of the price, $120 for a party of 2 + tip is a little too much
Awesome food. Great quality. Love the atmosphere. Little pricy but worth it
The food was exquisitic! The kabobs were juicy and very tasty. Also, they have baby station which I was super grateful for! Definitely recommend this place!
Shiraz Restaurant in Richardson, owned by the respected Mr. Amini, offers a genuine Persian dining experience. The ambiance is authentically Persian, and the service is consistently respectful and attentive.
The menu features a variety of traditional Persian dishes, well-prepared and flavorful. However, the pricing is a bit higher than similar local options. While the quality is evident, more competitive pricing could enhance its appeal.
Came all the way from New York to Dallas on a trip with my friends and I’m very happy that I was able to come by here. The service was exceptional and the decor was extraordinary. I loved the backyard seating and the calm vibe. I have to say that the meat was tender and the chicken was also great.
The saffron rice was spectacular. I’ve never had rice like this before and the yogurt sauce, with cucumber was great. If you’re into halal food, you need to come by here right away. Make sure to ask what 3 items are not halal.
Linda was a great host and we absolutely loved her service. Thank you, we’ll be sure to be back here next time we’re in town.
