The spicy lobster miso ramen was 10/10. Such a great combination of flavors and textures. Definitely will be coming back! Only thing to take into consideration is that they don’t have a regular dining area so you would have to sit outside to eat or stand inside and eat.

I got the lobster ramen and it tasted amazing! The seafood infused broth had all the umani goodness with none of the fishiness. This place is dedicated to crafting quality ramen that is reminds you of Japan. There are a few appetizers that are complimentary. The atmosphere is also like a typical Japanese ramen shop with just a standing bar. Max capacity of maybe 8 people at any time. It is quite hidden so make sure you turn on your phone flashlight if going at night. Price is reasonable for this super savory and satisfying experience. I would recommend checking out this restaurant if you are in the area.

This tiny counter turns out some of the city’s best ramen. It’s a little postage stamp of a restaurant without even a bathroom, but it’s worth a visit to sample the delicious changing menu of excellent noodle soup. Great place for a quick bite on a cold weekday.

I came here many years ago and remembered the great bowl I had and revisited tonight. Ordered the dry, soup-less spicy-mazemen, with a side of chasu and corn. Tasty! Wished I ordered a side of rice to pair with the leftover noodle toppings. Note: you order at the two tablets on the left of the entrance as you enter (similar to the ticket machines in Japan). It’s standing room only, but extra counter-space can be found outside, where there is a fun vending machine stocked with various Asian/Japanese drinks and snacks.

If you’re looking for the best ramen in Texas and the South you found it! This Tokyo style ramen shop packs all the favor and feeling of eating Ramen in Japan! Trust me, I’ve had ramen around the glove and this is the best in a 1000 mile radius. Order the tonkatsu ramen, add the magic garlic chili paste - hand crush fresh garlic they have available and add an egg for the bowl possible. It’s so good you might order seconds. Serious delicious authentic ramen in Dallas! Go now! It’s amazing.

Pictured here is the Shoyu Ramen & the Tonkotsu Ramen. I personally liked the Shoyu ramen a lot more, it was richer in flavor. The Shoyu ramen was still good but on the creamier side. The food came out super quick. The ramen was also a little but expensive compared to other places. Before coming here, we didn’t know that there are no seats. It is like a bar where it’s just the counter. We had to stand eating which we did not hate, very unique experience. It is also super small in here so if you don’t like cramped space I would recommend you have a different place. They also have a little vending machine right under the stairs with Japanese snacks & drinks & sodas.

Came in on a cold day and I gotta say this was the best ramen I’ve had in a while! The Shoyo broth was so rich and the noodles perfectly chewy. The restaurant itself was very cozy and aesthetically pleasing, great vibes overall. It was nice eating while standing and looking at the chef preparing every dish with a great attention to detail and he seemed to like his job a lot which made me happy as well.

Best ramen I’ve ever eaten! The entrance was a bit hidden, but once I found the spot, it looked great. The people were very friendly and helpful. There’s no seating, but there are flat surfaces to stand and eat. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants really good ramen.

This place is more than ramen. This place is a whole experience. Get In where you fit in and eat quick because you will be standing the entire time. Standing to wait to order, standing while waiting on your order, and standing while eating. So small yet cozy. It's almost like everyone temporarily becomes a family with the same objective,,, fill your belly and be respectful of others. Now let's get into the gritty. Service is pretty much non existent. You order and you wait for your order and you eat. I don't think I said a single word to any of the workers the whole time I was there. I also didn't notice any toppings or seasonings. While I was waiting on my order I feel the tension as counter space for eating was filling up more and more. Luckily a group having lunch left just in time because I was worried I was going to have to have a few words with the guy who kind of budged his way into the spot I was waiting next too. His order was no were near done. I was new and I feel like securing a spot asap is probably the right thing to do so you don't have to figure it out when your order is ready. Would I come here for a fancy date, no. I would only come here for quick ramen and the experience. Their flavors are good but nothing that will blow you away and can't order else where. Overall I enjoyed my self, would come back, and recommend this spot in a heart beat. Enjoy.

Friendly staff, quick service, crowded dining room. We visited this Ten Ramen location during a Friday lunch hour. It was our first time visiting any Ten Ramen or a stand-up noodle bar. For the first-time goer, it may be a little bit confusing about how this stand-up eating style works (you have to place your order at the self-service machine/tablet). It would be nice to have a little poster somewhere for the first-time customer to read, as this style of restaurant is still fairly new in the US. We entered the restaurant and stood there for a minute before the staff behind the counter in the kitchen instructed us to order at the ordering machine/tablet on the side of the dining room. It was during lunch rush hour, so they had a lot of orders. But we received our noodles and rice in about 10 minutes. Food tasted good, especially those grilled pork belly slices! As for the price, considering the portion of the ramen noodles, $13 is slightly expensive. They also have a vending machine outside of the restaurant where you can buy some Japanese drinks and snacks. You will need to return your bowls and trays back to the staff after your meal, as they don’t come out to collect them (from what we observed). Overall, if you are looking for a quick meal, this is the right place to go.

As you can see the reviews for this place are all over the place. Very true management changed some months ago and things have definitely been different. All the cooks are now different. I used to come to this place once a week, I got very use to all the cooks and they did a fantastic job with the flavor, the quantity and the way the meat was grilled. The price point has changed. It already was a little bit on the pricey side to start with. The portions seem to be smaller, and the quality of the broth is a hit or miss. They have also definitely reduce the amount of protein to give you. Still one of my top 5 ramen spots in the city. I hope they keep the consistency

Stand up only ramen shop to the left of the juice bar, across from Cooper’s market, between the elevator and the stairs. $14 for a bowl of ramen. Both shoyu and tonkotsu are great, from noodle texture to broth. Would recommend taking out if you prefer not to stand.

This place was amazing! Loved the simplicity and yet their complex efforts to deliver outstandingly delicate and fresh Ramen! Everything is fresh and so tasty! If you are looking for quality food, this place delivers! No muss no fuss, order from a kiosk, simple menu ready to customized at your discretion! Don't forget they also have rice dishes and drinks! Pay at the kiosk and then listen for your name to be called! YES, it's that EASY! Don't forget to be courteous and step out once you are done ordering, to allow other patrons the same discretion. Don't want what drinks they carry? Check out the vending machine with many carefully selected asian drinks, snacks and more. If the wait is a little long, check out the farm market right across the way! So many healthy fruits and foods! Get their when they open and check out all the good things this location had to offer! I recommend the Lobster Ramen noodles 🍜 !!!

Amazing ramen! Authentic, delicious, and fulfilling!I have been here about 4times and always to go. They have never messed up my order and it is always hot when I get home. As I waited I noticed that when you eat there, you have a choice to eat outside or inside and the plating is spectacular!! Beautiful to the eye and delicious in your tummy.i have to try to eat there one of these days and get the experience of a true ramen place. It also clean and friendly environment. The store hours differ tho, I know they are open from 6pm to 10:30pm I believe but I could be wrong and they are also open during the day from 11:30am to 2pm. I would call ahead to make sure. As for the parking, the spots are small and tight, I would recommend getting there early to avoid the tight traffic in the area. Ten Ramen also has a vending machine outside the doors with drinks and desserts.
