It was a little quiet for brunch time, but it was great. The design is really nice and it feels and flows well. The menu is pretty good. The bloody Mary is a monstrosity, and a little over the top, but it's got a lot of stuff on it worth eating, so I guess go for it. I recommend this place for a comfortable, quiet brunch.
I stumbled upon the Grayson Social shortly after checking into the Hilton Garden Inn. Because of prior Yelp reviews, I almost walked past, but stopped in because it was close and I was tired and hungry. I am elated that I made that decision. I have nothing bad to say about this lovely establishment.
The bar: Trevor is a fantastic bartender and was amazing at explaining the drinks to me and answering all the questions I kept asking. They don't just serve drinks at the bar, they create them. The drinks are unique and created with quality liquor and attention to detail. The first drink I tried was the Rosemary infused Blueberry Seasonal Shrub Mimosa. Oh my gosh! Hands down it was the best mimosa ever!! They also have a jalapeño infused pineapple version, but not sure when they change flavors since they are seasonal flavors. I also loved their Rosé Sangria with rosé gummy bears. There are several other drinks I tried, including one with Makers Mark (which I never drink) but truly enjoyed with the flavors Trevor used. I even had a little taste of their peanut butter vodka, infused on site and very delicious. Another thing that sold me on the Grayson Social is that they use essential oils to elevate the flavor of certain drinks. Every time I was there, I heard other customers providing positive feedback on their drinks as well. Loved the atmosphere and greatly appreciated Trevor patiently explaining the drinks and processes to me. His customer skills are top notch!
The food: I tried the single blueberry pancake on my first visit and I can only say WOW!!! I'm not an avid pancake fan, but Trevor described it and it piqued my interest. There were fresh blueberries in the batter and macerated and whole blueberries on top. The berries did not overwhelm the taste of the pancake. It was a perfect blend so that I didn't even need syrup! I also tried their skirt steak with charred broccoli rabe and garlic mashed potatoes. Another very delicious meal with awesome seasoning and perfectly cooked steak.
I realize this is a long review, but I don't think people realize what a gem Grayson Social is, and I want to get the word out best I know how. The staff, the food, the drinks and the atmosphere are all so amazing! I can't wait for my next trip to Dallas just so I can go to Grayson Social!!
Had a wonderful brunch here! I made a reservation but it was not crowded on Saturday morning. The restaurant is beautiful and the food was delicious, but service was a bit slow. I would definitely recommend as a brunch spot if visiting Dallas!
I held my 30th Birthday at Grayson Social. The staff was wonderful & accomodating. Service was exceptional. The food & drinks were tasty, everyone raved about the spinach dip. Myself along with my guest were very pleased.
AMAZING craft cocktails (beef and bourbon old fashioned is my favorite)! Never had a bad meal. New brunch is awesome and the service is impeccable!!
Grayson Social has had a lot of ups and downs lately. I used to always tell people to go see Brian here, the best bartender I have ever met (been to NYC, Las Vegas, singapore, etc). Brian could make anything perfectly.
However, the restaurant heavily cut down on the drink menu. Brian is gone. And there is no longer a food happy hour menu. I love this place, still do, but I'm worried that management is going to let this place run into the ground and not listen to the customers wants and needs. The food is good, the bartenders are amazing. (Trevor is the new bartender, and he is just as great.) I just hope the owners listen to their patrons to keep this place alive.
The attention to detail at Grayson Social is amazing; the decor and furnishings give the establishment the feeling of an upscale Southern parlor. The food is indescribably amazing and Juan, the manager, was hospitable, conversational and made our experience one we hope to repeat time and time again (my wife is even looking at reserving their upstairs for an upcoming wedding shower).
Great atmosphere, delicious food, unique cocktails. The beef infused bourbon and thai margarita were my personal favorites.

Better than Ellen's!
Chicken and waffles so delish! Batter is so light I inhaled it. Maple syrup is the good kind.
So I walked by the bar patio a million times and never knew there's a restaurant, too. The restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner; the bar is always open.
Great food great atmosphere with superior service and leaders. The chicken tortilla soup is amazing. This is a great place to visit and enjoy great food and adult beverages.
Really different take on southern food, so be prepared for that. Drinks are great and well made. Will definitely be coming again.
We had a great time! Food was terrific! The staff was super friendly! I highly recommend!
So much potential. But the management needs to manage. Staff clearly needs more oversite.
Saw owner or manger on computer at bar. While clearly the staff needed help.
