This was my 2nd time here and I still LOVE this place. Being vegan it's hard to eat out and enjoy it. Freebirds caters to vegan. They even have Beyond Meat���
As a long time Chipotle fan... and I do still enjoy Chipotle, but Freebirds just flat out makes a better burrito with more sauce and ingredient options and having just moved to Dallas recently it’s a nice change and option to have when I want a good burrito Tex Mex style
The best carnitas i have had in a long time and even accommodated my food allergies with out hesitation! Most places make me feel bad because i cant eat a certian thing. But they made me feel like family! Thank you!!!

The food was good and the staff was decent and patient. They were also busy. i just wish they would have told us upfront how much the "extras" were that you add to your burritos. Like the papas, they had been sitting out for a while (obviously) and I got charged extra for those. They weren't that good on the burrito, a little hard but luckily it didn't detract from the overall burrito experience too much.
I also upgraded the size of my burrito and purchased the birria (a "limited-edition" burrito). The upgrading to the monster size was straightforward. My burrito ended up costing over $20, something that I wasn't happy about.
My partner had the burrito bowl and some chips. Overall the experience was a good one.
Had a wonderful experience dining here. Kyle was very helpful and gave his best suggestion on what would be good to add to our food. Service and cleanliness was so amazing, it made us want to dine in instead of leaving. Thank you Kyle and everyone who worked tonight. You’re all amazing!
It was a little weird for me to get a kid's meal but i didn't have enough for the normal meal. 🙃 Taylor was so nice and i liked her customer service. She didn't judge me and she seemed happy to help me. I enjoyed my little meal and was very satisfied after. 😌
This was one of the best experiences we have had at FBs and we frequently eat here. The staff was prompt, courteous, and fun! The environment was amazing. The manager Jessica had a great rapport with her team and was supportive and it was obvious by how her team worked so well together. Dominic was our line server and she was fabulous, fun, and a MASTER salad builder! **chef’s kiss**. The food reflected the experience for sure!!!! We are looking forward to our next visits!!! Thank you!
Customer service was on point point guacamole was good and tasty all of the ingredients were fresh in my veggie taco.
Always feels like a better value than Chipotle and the atmosphere is great! Kids eat free on Sunday is a real hit and we ate early about 11a and it started to fill up with families. Queso is much better than Chipotle as well.

We eat here probably way too often! The burritos and bowls are just awesome and you can custom make them like other places but their ingredients are free range proteins and more healthy veggies with larger options. We can't get enough! Give them a try! If you're hungry the super monster is just as it sounds... good luck.

First time here and I really enjoyed it! Great variety of choices to add to your nachos, burritos or tacos. I LOVE that Freebirds offers a meat alternative- Beyond Meat- because I do not eat meat but still want the texture and flavor of meat on my nachos. The restaurant was clean and customer service was great.

I love Freebirds burritos but when I went here it was 45 minutes before close and they were well into "shutdown" for some reason. All the cooking was shut down and the food items were being put away. I was still able to order everything I wanted, it was still hot, no worries there. But it made for a very slow process as only one person was manning the line and he was going more slowly than anyone I'd ever seen. Again, I got my food, it was great, no complaints. Just glad I wasn't in a hurry that night. I have something against any place that advertises a close time and then reduces the service level 45 minutes or an hour ahead of that time to begin shutdown and cleanup. Those things should be handled after close.
Other than that, the only complaint would be the brownie was awful. Not up to normal standards. Tasted funny. Thrown away after one bite. The burrito was amazing and I'll be going back for sure. Tip: order the ancho dressing from the salad section as a topping for a burrito. Great with steak or chicken!
Freebirds is always a good choice! I still get the Super Monster even though it's not on the menu, and she did not disappoint, rolled to perfection.
The nachos were awesome! I usually get a bowl or a wrap. And it's more than enough for me. However, the nachos was just what I needed! I think it will be my new go to at freebird. The wait staff was friendly and prepared for the dinner rush. Thank you freebird!
It's a little pricey, but the burrito was amazing. The staff was friendly and it wasn't busy, but they may just been the time of night because I could see it getting very busy. There was plenty of food and the queso was really good. Nice atmosphere. I would definitely go again if I came back to town.
Very pleased with my first visit to this location. All staff were more than patient with me and eager to help. I feel like they all went over and beyond to help me that day. I was ordering for the whole family, but only me and my youngest daughter were there to place the order. Everyone took their time with me, making corrections to my mistakes all with a smile on their face and no sense of attitude. Definitely give all of the employees a hand of applause for such incredible service.
Laid back atmosphere and just the right amount of choices that you would expect to build your own burrito! Plus domestic & imported beer choices! Monster size Burritos...literally on called Monster and 2 other sizes to choose from...you will not walk dissatisfied from any of 3! We will definitely be returning..
Just had the best experience! Ari was super friendly and made me the best quesadilla ever! The other young female working with her was very friendly too but I didn’t catch her name. Love my Freebirds!
