Texas is full of charm, culture and connection. Otto’s doesn’t fall short of that status one bit. I’ve been blessed to stay at the Adolphus two summers in a row now and must say, my time this visit was enhanced thanks to Otto’s and its quality service. The “fine food and drinks” are certainly more than fine, the convenient location is an additional bonus and the quality customer service is superb. As the most interesting man in the world would say (probably), I don’t always give 5 star ratings to a local coffee shop but when I do, it’s Otto’s.

The coffee is VERY good, but much more expensive than I would pay often; a latte comparable to a Starbucks grande or Dunkin’ donuts small is just under $5. The staff is incredibly friendly and the coffee shop itself is beautiful! I was super impressed by the number of gluten free options they had to offer including muffins, macaroons and more! This is a gem in Texas!

Fantastic late, friendly staff, and the Liege Belgian Waffle with Nutella was heavenly. I love the space with the high bar chairs, outlets, and USB ports. Great addition near the AT&T mothership.

First, I like the deco, it is classy and gives a warm vibe. Secondly, the service can be a bit slow during peak morning, as they only have 2, sometimes 3 staff working behind the counter to prepare the coffee, food and concurrently taking orders. Thirdly, there are some staple breakfast food options and a few pastries on view from the glass counter. Last but not least, I feel it is not light on the wallet. Will I come here again, yes, I did it twice.

Very nice atmosphere where you can relax. Ordered a cardamom latte (decaf), it was so good 👍 we also got their brownie which was not too sweet and the chocolate in the middle was so smooth. The custard cream on the top was so yum. Gotta try this !

Cozy atmosphere and very good coffee. The only cafe in downtown is still open on Christmas day. Really enjoy after my long walk.

I stopped in by accident and found the most generous, kind and helpful team. Lucy and the other guys who helped me through my stressful morning deserve a shoutout! Breakfast was delicious too: I had pumpkin latte and a croissant. Thank you again guys

While staying at The Adolphus Hotel for a weekend getaway Ottos became our morning coffee stop. Serving the local Oak Cliff Roasters they offered a wide variety of coffee drinks. The vibe of the place matches the area of Downtown as well as fits well with it’s companion, The Adolphus. There is plenty of seating, both cozy and functional. Along with their wide variety coffee drinks they offer and nice spread of breakfast sandwiches, quiches, waffles, etc.

It’s located inside Adolphus Hotel ( downtown Dallas) but has its own entrance. It’s a beautiful space to have a quiet coffee or to grab a quick pastery. Coffee tasted great.

DECENT COFFE AND SNACKS. I LIKE IT A LOT BECAUSE IF YOU DONT GIVE A F YOU CAN USE THE WHOLE LOBBY TO WORK. MID COFFE AND FOOD BUT REALLY GOOD ATENTION. TOP 10 COFFE SHOPS IN DALLAS. I RECOMEND THIS PLACE FASHO

Remarkable coffee. Very roasty and earthy flavors in both espresso and drip. More complex flavors emerge on pour overs and espresso, so try different combinations. The food may be the only competition for the quality of coffee, however. Their mozzarella and tomato baguette was crisp, fresh, flavorful, and perfect size. The berry tart was filled with fresh jam, tasted like actual berries (not just sugar), and had a crumbly crust. The waffles (made with dough and not batter) are thick and hearty, and the choice of Nutella or strawberry-rhubarb topping only adds to the flavor. Overall, you’re missing out on fantastic coffee, delicious food, and incredibly helpful employees if you choose to pass on Otto’s. Worth the trip downtown and the parking troubles, every time.

Wonderful vibe and ambiance here comes with delicious coffee and friendly staff. Really enjoy visiting here whenever I'm walking around downtown Dallas. Fair amount of seating and outlet for charging or working off a laptop. Had the cold brew with almond milk which was delicious!
