Wow! I can’t say enough about Ming’s Place! My husband and I absolutely loved the food (presentation was also amazing!) but above that.. the service is absolutely PHENOMENAL!! I accidentally ordered very close to closing and I misjudged how far we were. They stayed open with a smile and even threw in free dessert! I couldn’t believe it. From here on out, I will ALWAYS eat here when I have the craving for some orange chicken or sesame chicken. Can’t wait to try more food on the menu! Thank you Ming’s!!!
Not sure when during COVID this place moved to Renaissance Tower. I've just tried the soup dumplings. They were pretty good. The dipping sauce was the best part. I'll have to come back and try the tea sometime.

Food is great. Prices very reasonable. A heaping dinner plate is priced about the same as our lunch from a fast food place.
Service was wonderful.
Tip: ask for the Chinese menu. The table next to us got these huge bowls of steaming soup the looked fabulous.
Our soup, dumplings and mu shu chicken were out of this world good.
Don't let the strip mall location fool you. This place is great!
Quick and accurate service and the food tastes great. I had the combination fried rice. Very full box. A bit over priced but worth it overall.
Small bistro not far from Love Field which makes it ideal when your flight causes you to skip lunch. They were very accommodating for one member of the party with allergies. Food was excellent with plenty of it. General Tso chicken was a bit on the sweet side, Mongolian beef not spicy but full of taste. Others had ginger salmon and pork chop with no complaints. Fried rice nicely cooked, no hard bits. Fast and attentive service. They went over and beyond with their service. Limited menu so not a whole lot to choose from, there's regular staples and a few VIP and signature dishes. This would be a solid 4.5 star or 9/10.
I'm pretty boring when it comes to Chinese food. I strictly order chicken fried rice, so I may not be qualified to to judge the overall quality of this restaurant. That said, their chicken fried rice is great. And as other reviewers have mentioned, the staff if so friendly! So gracious and welcoming. I will be ordering take out from Ming Place for many years to come!
This place is delicious. I have lived down the street for YEARS and never tried it until tonight!! I usually never order lo mein out unless I know the place and that it's good (because I've had some really bad lo mein & I don't like returning my food).. I'm glad I took the gamble! It had the perfect amount of sauce, the noodles were well cooked, and it was tasty!! I tried shrimp with it so have not tried the chicken or beef.. YET :)
Hot and sour soup is also good! Exactly what I'm looking for when ordering Chinese take out!

The customer service is warm and welcoming on all of our visits.
The atmosphere and cleanliness of the dining area is great and well kept.
I would recommend to anyone who wants good Chinese food and wants to try a higher quality dining experience.
They must've read the reviews because the shrimp fried rice was fantastic and very flavorful! I didn't have to add soy sauce like I normally have to do at other places. My husband had the honey sesame chicken and he loved it! We will be going back soon!
Food took us back home to NY in Chinatown. Delicious and fresh egg foo young and pepper steak. I would recommend one portion for 2 people. Bathroom clean and smell good. Waitresses very pleasant. We found our Chinese restaurant in our new home here in Texas.
The people are very friendly. I had sweet and sour chicken. It was really good. The fried rice was a little bland. Had dumping and they were real tasty. We also had fired tofu that was not very good. Overall it was good.
Staff was friendly and very quick, however, the Beef and Broccoli I ordered was very off and downright inedible. The owner came by immediately to see what was wrong and wanted to personally make the dish to my liking. She came back with it in a to go box (since i had to go back to work) and it was just right! Owner really cares about repeat customers and new customers alike. I will definitely be returning to have lunch here again!
It was highly recommended that I eat here for lunch. This place has amazing food with great flavor, not terribly salty, very good portions, and is made fresh to order while being reasonably priced. The service is also good. I've eaten in Chinatowns in Boston, NYC, and Cleveland. This restaurant is legit and I highly recommend it.
We love Ming's Place! The food is wonderful, but the service is what really makes this place shine. The store owner is very friendly and made our family feel welcome. We visited on Chinese New Year and she gave my girls traditional red envelopes and Chinese candy.
We would come back for the food alone, but getting the chance to talk with Grace again will make us come back even faster!
Delicious food and always a smiling, kind staff. Ive never eaten in, but the space is very clean when I go in to carry out. The food prep is always very fast when I order to go. (Try their egg drop soup!)
Best Chinese food I've had in a long time. I have lived in this area for 2.5 years and have not found any Chinese worth bragging about or wanting to take friends and family to. I'm so glad I found this joint on a Yelp search of places in my area. The orange peel chicken is the best I've ever had. I can't wait to try the Lemmon chicken!!!
I thought Dallas was devoid of any good Chinese restaurant. But I've been proven wrong. I had the Spicy Beef Noodle Soup and boy was it great. Truly authentic. I also had an order of fried dumplings which were very good too. I'm Chinese, so I'm really picky about my Chinese food. This place does a great job.
One of the better Chinese restaurants in the area. The restaurant itself is very welcoming and clean, the staff is also very welcoming and friendly. The 2-3 times I've been here, the food ordered has come out hot, fresh and tasty. I also really enjoyed their egg drop soup, very hearty with lots of egg in the soup.
