Love the atmosphere. The live bands have you dancing all night long. Always a good time. Staff is always friendly. Owner is always walking around and making sure all is good.

Forget about your traditional Monday Night Football (I can't believe I'm saying this) and come to Memphis on the Addison walk on Mondays to hear the Memphis Brass. What an exciting change of pace and taste! What a band!

I play music here at least once a month. Let me say, the drinks are top tier, the food from Shuck n Jive next door is chef's kiss (albeit somewhat pricey) and the music is impeccable. This is a place I love being, and if you love a PHAT hang then come on through on a Saturday night.

Best live music in Dallas W-Sat. No other place even close. Their bar food is traditional pub grub plus Cajun. Everything is delicious, especially the cheeseburger sliders and quesadillas! The sound system here is impressive. The energy is great when the bands play. Keep in mind they only play Wednesday through the weekend. Cover charge is $5 when the bands are playing.

6.19.22 - Stopped by with my cousin for a late night meal (10pm). The crowd (about 20 patrons) was very friendly and welcoming. The bartender was stressed or just not into making the patrons feel welcome at all. The food: (1) seafood combo; (2) 1lb crawfish; and (3) cup of jambalaya ($5.95). Seafood combo consisted of one large piece of white fish (cod maybe?)($15.95), a few fried oysters, 2 large shrimp, fries, very small red beans and rice, tartar, and cocktail sauce. The jambalaya (which came with 3 very delicious pieces of butter garlic toast) was phenomenal. Seafood combo was good, but the hushpuppies were disgusting and tasted nothing like hushpuppies. Combo also arrived with a very small side of beans and rice (delicious). The crawfish were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Not any major complaints because I don't like hushpuppies that much anyway. Would eat here again for sure!

Let’s start with the basics. You go here to drink listen to music and dance. You do not go here to eat there are a number of restaurants in the strip to get something to eat before you walk in the door. This is your typical hole in the wall, where you will smell smoke as soon as the door opens expect everyone to be dressed, as if they just left a barbecue, fine dining, or a rave. This is a spot that I’ve seen 21 to 81 in age range. The cover bands are normally great. The bartenders are responsive. My best advice is to open a tab. Introduce yourself on arrival and you’ll have a good night with the bartender. It’s a very small bar so get used to people rubbing against you, bumping into you, or passing by. It’s a place to go where nobody knows your name and nobody cares. You don’t go here to be seen because it’s pretty dark in there you go here to dance like no one’s watching, and to sing like you’re in the car by yourself.

Always good live band. Music & crowd are both on the older side & smoking is allowed inside as well, so bare that in mind when you go. We have always had a good time though. Drinks are strong, which is A-O-K with me.

Great place for live music and a lively crowd. Always a good time. Can get a bit loud and smoky but a great establishment for a great evening.

I’m totally in love with this place! It’s small but legendary, we make it a tradition to visit every year when we’re in the DFW area. Pricing is reasonable, great vibes, and Sunny is truly one of the best bartenders - friendly, overly competent, memorable, and a reason to come back again!
