Walked in the door and was greeted very warmly with great recommendations. Decor inside was nice and urban. LOVED the meat clamp light fixture. The CEO was delish! Very juicy and the bacon tomato jam was mouth watering. Excellent service throughout our meal. Glad to have a gourmet burger option in the area. Definitely an upgrade from the previous establishment. Great patio for an after work beer on the east side of the building away from the blazing sun. Welcome to the neighborhood BurgerFi!!
The staff is very professional and the food OMG...veggie lovers and meat lovers are both welcomed. Mockingbird has been seriously lacking good burgers...heck Greenville ave has had a burger depression for eons...Thank thr Burger Gods for this place...and the wild style fries!
Stopped in yesterday and was enthusiastically by the staff. Jarriel was wonderful to walk me through the menu and answer my questions. EJ helped me place my order to go and everything was delicious!!!!

Hooray for BurgerFi finally making it to Dallas! I've been waiting 4 years since I left Atlanta for you!
BurgerFi is one of my favorite of the "gourmet" burger type places because for those of us fooling ourselves into thinking that we're eating healthy by putting a lettuce wrap on our burger, they have the best one in the business because they actually take the time to make it like the bun. But you're not here to talk about lettuce, you're here to find out about burgers. The burgers are delish--we're fans of the Breakfast All Day and the CEO, but the regulars will do just fine. The fries are fantastic and ohhhh...the custard. Nom nom nom. Saturday Faturday will indeed delight if you make BurgerFi a part of it.
Not to be outdone by the food was the service. Her'es the thing--anyone can cook, but it's no fun unless people actually CARE about about what they're doing and the product they're serving. I don't care if you're eating a burger or Al Biernat's, that's what makes the visit to a restaurant extra special. The staff VERY clearly cares about doing things right and making you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. From poor EJ who was on point friendly even after my complicated order (sorry!) to the Dee to the rest of the crew, we appreciated your hospitality and warm welcome. We hope you don't change! Welcome to Dallas, BurgerFi!

We went for the first time during their celebration of an opening. They gave us t-shirts and a bunch of other stuff. Everyone was so excited; it was a nice change from other places when they just take your order. EJ was the best :). Will definitely be back for that cheeseburger & those fries I had.
This BurgerFi location was clean on the inside, the outside, cleanest bathroom for 2020. It was covid-19 ready. The customer service was awesome. My Beyond Burger so delicious.
Over all place looks nice clean and we'll organized. Food is also with fine quality but not so much good of a test. Chicken burgers are fine but not that good. I ordered Chilli cheese fries but not so chilli as well.
Tried the CEO it had a good texture but was a bit dry. Also the fries were a tad over cooked so it was crunchier than I like. My order was wrong originally (missing the bacon I added) but they quickly fixed it. Of course my burger was no longer hot by then. The place has a nice setup and is clean. It was decent enough to try again, maybe I’ll try a different burger next time.
You ain't livin' until you eat a BurgerFi burger! Love that it's grass fed beef AND they have a keto-friendly option. Cool, modern atmosphere with super friendly staff. Fries with toppings are a must! Max, (the owner) my hat is off to you!
I have been driving by this place for a while and every time I would say, "we need to try that place". Well today we did and we were not disappointed, much. I say this because the fries were not as good as I was anticipating. But everything else was on par.
I'm not exactly sure what the make of the batter is for the onion rings, but D%$#! They are amazing! By far the BEST onion rings I've ever had and they compliment the burgers perfectly.
As for the burger, I had "The CEO". It was delicious... Smaller than what I was expecting but flavorful.
In all 4 stars instead 5 because I expect the fries to be amazing and compliment a $10 burger.
If you eat here, it is a must that you get the onion rings!
The Burgers here taste so fresh, it’s as if they have a small lot of cows waiting to be made into burgers in the back of the store. But the cows are happy, they lived a good life, they do not fear what will become of them in the afterlife. They embrace it. They have accepted that they will become burgers, and that in the end what really matters is that they strive to be the tastiest beef patty in the afterlife. Many cows dream of the day they can become BurgerFi burgers, but sadly only the best are selected to have such an amazing fate. And BurgerFi really knows how to pick the best of the best. The amount of work and dedication that goes into making every single meal is reflected in the quality of the meal you receive. BurgerFi strives to be the best, and everyday it gets a little bit closer to being at the top. The staff is also friendly, I’ll be returning probably in the next week or so.
Awesome burgers! No antibiotics & no hormones added to ground beef. Burgers arent greasy and on the smaller side. You definitely don't feel gross for eating a cheeseburger. French fries are hand cut and onions rings are delicious and big! Restuarant is clean and staff was friendly. Definitely will come back again!
The burgers were fantastic. The French fries were really good, but soft. I prefer my fries crunchier, but that's just a personal preference not a slight against the flavor.

The BEST onion rings you will ever find. Batter is perfect consistency, fried to perfection. Burgers are good too! But really the onion rings are where it’s at.

I absolutely love BurgerFi! They’re people are always super friendly (Especially Jamella) their burgers are top notch and their portions are huge! Not to mention their custard shakes are the bomb! I will always come back!!
A FRIED AVOCADO PATTY!!! enough said. The CEO burger + avocado and a side of cajun fries. The meat is the juiciest I've ever ate outside my kitchen. I cant find the words....pls try it!!!
My milkshake was more than I expected. 1st one I ever had of their milkshakes it was free it was a birthday milkshake. I ordered the red velvet it was on point. A course their onion rings are the best I've had. I really enjoy their burgers. And I like their chicken tenders better than most.
The service was great and the food was even better! I recommend The CEO but the BurgerFi burger is just as awesome.
Really amazing food! One of the best burgers I have ever had. Since I first tried their food, I have been back three times in the last four days. I would get the breakfast burger or CEO, both are excellent options. Their Oreo milkshakes are the best in town and the fries are a must. Especially thankful for the welcoming customer service from employees like Mon.
