The guy at the drive through who took the order and handed it out was the way every food service staff should strive to be like. He was above and beyond being professional and eager to help. With a fantastic attitude and friendly eagerness to make sure that his customers left the store happier than when they arrived.
One thing I really enjoy this place specifically is the Service very nice and helpful ppl and patient it’s my 1st time here. They help me out with what is good which is the whole menu lol but yeah the Guy was very nice to explain what had so far I enjoy the food definitely coming back to this place thanks you!
Stopped in a couple of days ago and was treated to a very clean restaurant, cold AC, and unbelievable service by the manager on duty, C.J.! Seriously: exceptional kindness, friendliness, and a desire to make sure we were beyond satisfied with our experience. Looking forward to stopping by again soon!
Love the chicken salad salad. Dressing was not with order... was questioned if I was sure.. they said we always put it in the bag!
I will be back often! Crispy tender chicken, hot gravy, fresh rolls.. And excellent customer service. Not sure what the names of the manager and the gentleman who was working the drive through window yesterday evening are, but they were absolutely delightful! Super friendly, super positive and diligently checked my order to make sure that it was right. Very rare to find such excellent staff and tasty food in one place!
Whoever the lady was (I didn’t catch her name) working the drive thru tonight (8/12/2023) was the best experience I’ve ever had at a golden chick! Thank you!
The service was spectacular! I went there a couple times before and was not impressed. I felt I was overcharged the last time. I'm glad I went back. I was told up front there was a wait for my wicked wings and I'm fine with hot and fresh food. Also they gave me a civil servant discount. Thanks a bunch for the honesty and the discount!
Great service by CJ! This was our first time trying Golden Chick and when I tell you the first thing I asked myself was “Who’s Popeye’s?”, it all became clear.

This particular Golden Chick was wonderful... I live in oak point and I come all the way here... Because the customer service is great... The staff is truly wonderful
Went here recently on a whim and loved it! Tried their new wings and the batter was amazing and the chicken was juicy. I will definitely get this again. I got fried okra as a side and for fast food it was some of the best okra I've had!
The food was excellent, and the drive-through experience was fast and pleasant.

I purchased 6 piece waggy wing and had to pay for two barbecue sauce. Really!! Otherwise the wings were good.
Used to hate going here. Now I love it! The staff over the last year have been amazing! They have been extremely nice, polite, helpful and social able. The food has been absolutely amazing as well! Not sure what changed over the last year, (new MGMT/STAFF 🤷♂️) but 90% of restaurants and fast food places can learn from this place.
