Great service and the food was freshly served!! It's a walk up spot, but the service was quick!!

The food looked good, smelled good, and tasted good. The cashier (young man) was rude when I asked him prior to receiving my order, "Were my two boxes filled with Wings?" I specifically ordered two of the three wing meals for $7.99, because they were a special offer. Normally I would get the three piece dark special for $4.99. He answered by saying I didn't say wings...I repeated that I did. He replied by saying, "Well, we're out of wings." NOT PROFESSIONAL NOR NECESSARY...If not having wings was a true statement, he should have mentioned it at my time of order and instantly when I asked about whether there were wings in my boxes. The two 3 piece combo meals and a side of fried okra were had a total purchase price of about $22.17 with tax.
The wings are smaller as I think they no longer cut part of the breast with it which isn't too bad because the breast are larger. The food was good.
Young gentleman at the window (Hispanic) was very professional. I didn't communicate with him very well when ordering.but that's okay. The chicken had been seasoned good. Not to salty, moist, cooked very well. The best dark meat I've ever had (And I don't like dark meat) Oh and freshly cooked. Lately when we purchase chicken it's either salty or old. We will be back at the restaurant Locationed on corner of lancaster and overton in dallas tx. The biscuits were awesome as well. Thank you so much for great tasting chicken

I just wish there was a better way or a whole wrap around way at the drive through to get back on Overton. Usually I have to exit Lancaster and then make a u-turn further down or get my order at the pick up window and do show to get back on Overton π

3 wings looked like they were wingettes and not worth the money. Sprite strawberry drink was horrible. Service was great!

In the center of oak Cliff where is chicken spots on every corner. This churches chicken gave me hot fresh juicy chicken
This place is standing after 45 years. I remember going to Churches Chicken on Overton Rd and Lancaster Rd late nights after going to a concert. Chicken was all you could get 1 am in the morning .
They make the best apple pies around! And the spicy π₯ chicken is good also
This location has improved a great deal. New staff, new managers, and lots better service. There were really good managers at one time but they were overwhelmed by terrible staff. The chicken is good and they have not had many issues with running out. It has been taking less time to cook, too.
