Fun atmosphere with neat lighting and decor. There's a diverse crowd fun for people watching. Good DJ and sax player. The restrooms were clean and had soap which can be non-existent in Deep Ellum.

Everything we ordered was phenomenal! The mezcal mule, old fashioned, frozen peach tea, pecan romesco potatoes, Thai tacos, chicken waffle bacon skewers, and lumpia were all exceptional! and not in gross huge portions either. I’m totally bringing my foodie friends here.

This was a cute little date night spot. Low romantic lighting. Fun music. Delicious Sangria. They have a hot and cold tapas menu (I didn’t get any food so I can’t comment on that). There is a decent amount of bar space. There are plenty of cozy couches to choose from. You can people watch and enjoy the Deep Ellen atmosphere. This is a Spanish-inspired restaurant with some decorative touches. The music is not blaring, so you can still converse with your company. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and I would not hesitate to return to Izkina.

Wonderful little cocktail bar with awesome food connected to the coolest Hostel in the DFW area. The cocktails are great and the food is the most locally-grown, well-thought-out, food, using natural ingredients that I’ve seen in this town. They have menu items ranging from fancy, elaborate small plates, to a “Seattle Dog” which I ordered today!

This is my favorite bar in Dallas. I don't always get around to it enough since I'm not often in Deep Ellum but it's so worth it. The food and drinks are tasty and unique. I love the international theme which makes sense for a hostel. Also, Brittney the bartender is amazing and is always super friendly.
