This morning I arrived at this Hardees shortly after 5:00am greeted by a beautiful smile. To my surprise this smile was the General Manager of the location, Mrs. Syvlia.
I was preparing for college trip with the local Boys and Girls Club where we had 18 combos for orders. She took my order, bagged them separately, folded, wrote what it was and then boxed them alll for me.
She made sure I as the leader of the group looked good by making sure I had every thing I could possibly need to have a good start to our trip!
She asked if she or her local store could be of any help to us to let her know!
Customer Service is hard to come by these days... thank you for going over and beyond so early in the morning!

Great place but slow drive thought
One of the best Hardee's I ever visited. Most of the time the Service is friendly, but the drive thru moves really slow. That's ok for Hardee's, that'sTypical. As long as it comes Fresh. This is not a place to go to if you only have a 30 minute break, or if you are in a Hurry! But no other complaints. Great food, freshness, and decent customer service.
