Oh my goodness, decided to have Brunch at IHOP today and I can honestly say hand on heart it was worth skipping breakfast for. The food was amazing and the service from Josie certainly matched it. 10/10 all round. Visitors from the UK need to try biscuits and gravy, we are missing out.

Our first time iHop. And it was a good experience. We arrived around 9 and we're immediately seated. The waitress was very kind and we were served quickly. I ordered the protein lemon ricotta blueberry pancakes and they were very good. My daughter had a kids meal with a pancake, scrambled egg, sausage and bacon. What my husband had I cannot remember 🤪, was a comb. Anyway, good food, good service and good price.
Dee was AMAZING! My daughter and I were visiting the States from the UK and stopped off at IHOP for our final brunch.
I had been to IHOP a couple of years ago and wasn't too impressed but my daughter was older now and asked to try it.
I was so pleasantly surprise. The atmosphere was great, the food was tasty and the service was impeccable thanks to Dee! She went above and beyond for us and make our last meal Florida memorable.
My daughter had a delicious lemon, ricotta and wold Berry crepe which was divine and I had the 2x2x2 breakfast. Perfect amount of food for an girl from London who can't handle the big American portions!
Dee is a wonderful lady with the best customer service skills I experienced in the US!
You could tell she really cares and enjoyed looking after others.
Please pass on our gratitude.
I would go back just in the hopes of being looked after by Dee!
Believe it or not, this is my first time eating at IHOP. Arrived at 11 thinking it wouldn’t be so busy but it was still 40 mins. The food was good. For a place that specializes in pancakes they were alright, nothing special.
The service was fantastic. Juna is such a sweet woman and deserves some recognition for her hard work and positive attitude.
First time at this location. Food, Service, and Atmosphere were pretty good.
Super fast seating. My son and I had a great time, and breakfast was perfect!! I had the steak omelet with cheesecake pancakes. my son had the big breakfast and cinnamon roll pancakes, and he is 10.
Great breakfast experience here today. We had the plant-based sausage combo with egg whites and protein pancakes and my husband had the senior combo with eggs and really good whole grain toast. The food and coffee were very good. Our waitress was competent and the food came quickly. We would highly recommend this IHOP.

I went there days after Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party!
Had our first experience with IHOP and what amazing food. The Service was excellent and the food was so fresh. Portions are large, we will be coming back. We had just arrived after the morning rush, but were still seated quickly.

I must say, I haven't been to IHOP in years. I'm more of a Dennys person, but after our experience today, I'll choose IHOP any day. Especially since our last experience at Denny's was the WORST service I ever had, anywhere.
I was a little skeptical at first after seeing only 1 waitress. We have not had the best services the last month, when we've gone out to eat.
My boyfriend and I were seated quickly and the waitress, Katisha, got our drinks before we can even get fully settled in to the booth.
She came back about 5 minutes later, took our order, and said she will have it right out for us. She was NOT lying. Our food was out in like 10 minutes.
When I tell you, the food looked so delicious, I could NOT wait to dig in! And let me tell you, the food did NOT disappoint. Everything was made perfectly.
Not only that, but Katisha was very friendly and and pretty prompt with everything. Mind you, she was the only waitress we seen, tending to a few other tables.
Overall, had a great experience and the food of course, was delicious!
10/10 for Katisha by the way :D
Service was superb here. Our server Miss Dee was on top of everything from our food to being so involved and interactive with our children.

Very quick service. Crowded but they work hard to prep tables very quickly.
Unfortunately they do not know how to cook hash browns. White partially cooked (like steamed) potato in the center. We sent them back as underdone got them back burnt on the outside, and still perfectly white and undercooked on the inside.
It was our first ever trip to I-HOP this morning and we went for breakfast before a long morning/afternoon of shopping.
Let me just start by saying.. our waitress was amazing! So nice and funny, honestly she had a heart of gold.
The food was delicious and prices were really good, I recommend the chocolate chip pancakes!!!!

Restaurant had many large groups. Hostess was working her but off trying to get everyone seated. Bus boy was horrible leaving hostess to clear tables. Our server was great, but others were super slow. One party left because no one ever came to their table. Not in hurry to go to any IHOP after this.
Loved it here. The food was so good! It was hot and fresh. The server was really nice and price was great.
Great for breakfast, waitress (Josy) was very kind . Our food came perfect and very quickly. Even the restrooms were very clean. 100% recommended.
Despite the fact that they were very busy, I was seated quickly and my order was brought to my table in less than 10 minutes after I placed my order. The service was great and the staff was friendly. A very pleasant experience.
