Had Dinner here the other night and was definitely impressed! The food was great.. I had the veal parmesan! The service was exceptional as well! My husband and I will become regular customers here!
Wonderful dinner !!! 5 star's We had build your own pasta with antipasta salad and garlic bread very generous portions! So glad we decided to venture away from all the chain restaurants and tourist traps. Definitely worth drive I highly suggest that everyone tries it out at least once and form your own opinions. .
Amazing meal. Decent prices. My Chicken Picatta was delicious and my Mom's Lasagna made me regret my choice! Great service too! They use fresh noodles and you can really taste the difference.
JUST OK Groupon Offer. I like using Groupons to try out new restaurants but I felt the Groupon Offer was somewhat misleading as nowhere did it mention an automatic tip of 18% as noted by another reviewer. We usually tip 20%, and our service was very good, so it may not always work in their favor. We both had the penne and I felt mine was undercooked.....al dente is great but it was chewy. Good selection of beer and wines. We had mussels for an appetizer and had to ask for lemon and bread, but both were served promptly. It is convenient, quiet, lots of parking and there were no children when we dined - a definite plus in our location. However, I doubt we will return.
Excellent choice. Four stars only because we had it delivered to the hotel and it was cooled off by then. However all the food was delicious!
We ordered a side salad with a creamy parm dressing that was very nice. They sent a caprici salad because I had originally wanted one but they ran out of basil leaves, it was still right on the money. My bf had the minestrone and gave it a thumbs up.
We shared a chicken park which is the best I've ever tasted, cooked just right. Cheesy bread and a side of meat balls were all aces. I wish we had this restaurant in south Florida, it seems to be a different type of Italian style.
Amazing little place.... Have been here several times with my family and we have never had a bad meal. The service is good and the food is amazing. Best steak in town. Keep it up guys.
Delicioussss!!!! My fiancé and I came here for lunch before heading to the airport (we wanted a good meal before we had to deal with airports). It was the best decision we made! I had the chicken parm sandwich. Best I've ever had! The sauce is all homemade. We can't wait to visit the area again and come back!!
Just moved to the area and tried this restaurant for the first time. We both had pasta dishes which were very good. Also had the calamari appetizer and I'll have to say our experience was quite different from the reviewer who had it on Dec 8. Our dish was not just good, it was very good. We will definitely be going back and are happy to have such a good local Italian restaurant near our new home.
Absolutely wonderful. Extremely friendly staff. Server recognized us on only our second visit. Fantastic food, and wonderful family style atmospher. Love coming here. Well priced and great portion sizes. Absolutely fantastic.

Liked it. Just went there for lunch and thought it was Very Good. My husband had the spaghetti bolognese from the kids menu and I had the Chicken Parmesean. Both came out nice and hot and were delicious. The kids menu is like and extension of the Lunch menu and was plenty of food. Great place and we will be going back soon.
Great Steak and Italian Food. Some of the best Italian food I've ever had. My husband said the steak was outstanding. Great service and very friendly. We'll definitely be back, regardless of the 1+ hour drive to dine here.

I just don't understand some of these bad reviews. I've eaten there multiple times in the last two years. Service is always exceptional. As for being charged for bread and oil? That's unheard of its complimentary to all the guests. The cannolis are filled with ricotta cheese and are to die for! Sure the seats are hard but most places you go have wooden seats these days I think it's just another thing for unhappy people to complain about. They have exceptional food and I will continue going as well as recommending it to all my family in friends. Keep up the good work guys!
From start to finish the food was amazing. Service was 2 wait staff over the entire restaurant. We didn't want for anything. Ceaser salad was good, bread was fresh baked and melt in your mouth soft, the dipping oil was light and delicious. For meals we had lasagna which was huge and hearty. Chicken and veal Marsala. Ridiculously tender cuts of meat and HUGE. Spicy Italian sausage and peppers were devoured in moments. We sub'd the fettuccine for penne. As for all the reviews about hard benches, they have added cushions!
We had a wonderful experience. The food was wonderful my husband had the Filet ( not fillet ) cooked medium rare with fresh asparagus it was perfect along with a cesar salad everything was wonderful mouth watering . The waitress was very helpful in every aspect .
Class. The food was excellent; we had Caesar salads, appetizers & some excellent Italian style pizzas. Everything was fresh, and had nice little flavor touches that set it apart from other local Italian restaurants.
The decor was simple & elegant. Susan, our server, was friendly, attentive & fast. Just a classy operation from top to bottom. Will go again & soon.
Great food, especially entree salads. Went there 6/2. Daughter had chicken piccata and cleaned her plate. Doesn't happen very often. This is the fourth time we've been there. Good value.
Food is well made. It's one of the few places in town that my likes. Service has always been top notch. Will be returning.
EDK. Started off with awsome Mushroom Bruschetta, and then my favorite salad' Mist Insalata. My favorite entree is Chcken Parmesan and for dessert - Cannolis. My last visit I tried the Filet D'oro. Best steak south of Winter Park and perfectly grilled and hardly need a knife.
And, the prices are reasonable.

Wonderful!!. Food is SO yummy and the value is great. The delivery service is fantastic. Order all the time and I am very happy every time!!!
DWK. The Calamari and the Mussels are great starters. The calamari is tossed with olives and peppers to add a unique flavor. The Mista Insalata is a tasty side salad. Shrimp D'oro is my favorite dish at D'oro Palazzo. It's a rotini pasta with mushrooms, shrimp and spinach seasoned to perfection. I request light on the sauce for my taste. I personally prefer the Cre'me Brulee or the Berry Cake for dessert. Both are excellent.
Loved the pizza and cannollis... Would love it if the bread brought out at first was warm
This was an awesome experience. Our first time. Nice atmosphere. Very attentive staff. Very reasonably priced. We we're at a party they catered and we're impressed. Even better in person.. Update. Senior menu 4 to 6pm.
While the service may not be the quickest here, the staff are very friendly and their pizza's are really tasty. Very fair prices too
Good food, overall pleasant experience. I know another reviewer complained about the chicken picatta but I rather enjoyed their version of it (with the roasted potatoes), and have gone back twice just for that, so I guess to each their own. My wife and the rest of my family also really enjoyed their food as well. So, MY opinion: if you are a chef and expect a Michelin Star experience, this isn't for you. If you want a nice meal at a decent little Italian place, then I would say eat here.
We had the early bird specials and a glass of wine for me and a lemonade for him. Prices are good, food is excellent, and the servers are very attentive and pleasant. They even accommodate gluten allergies. For us, the place is "next door ". Give them a try... I don't believe you will be disappointed.
This place is amazing. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and the quiet laid back atmosphere. The food was excellent for the price point and everything looked and tasted like it was made in house that day. The server that we had was also amazing! I will definitely be returning here to support this local business.
Took my mother here for Mother's Day. The atmosphere was pleasant with a quaint Tuscan appeal, the ambient music was soft and enjoyable for a dinning experience. The wait staff was pleasant, attentive and polite and checked in on us regularly, even helped us take pictures. The food was incredible, very tasty and seasoned well. I personally had the ribeye steak and it was cooked to perfection of how I ordered it. If you want a good dinner in a good atmosphere and be served by people who honestly love what they do I highly recommend eating here.
Finally tried D'oro Palazzo this weekend for lunch. Very quaint atmosphere. The menu has a variety of options from salads to pastas to sandwiches. The bread and olive oil is delicious, and honestly I could enjoy that any time, any day. I ordered the Tuscan chicken sandwich, and it was SO delicious. Grilled chicken with tomato, greens, bacon on a (I believe) chibatta bun. It was also large enough for me to save half of it for lunch the next day. I definitely want to come back to try out some of the pasta options. My only qualm is I wish they offered lunch specials since it was a bit pricey for what I expect to pay for a lunchtime meal, but considering the portion, I got a good deal.
The server Jessica was very pleasant...The service was very good considering she was the lone server. The salad was one of the best ever..Cheese sticks as good as any I have ever had. The bread outstanding. I enjoyed my Penne Diavolo Shrimp dinner..My left was not crazy about her Chicken Carbonara but as it was different sauce than she was used to. I would definitely good back and try one of their nice looking steaks I saw being served. We are snow birds from PA and like trying all these different restaurants. We used a $ 10.00 coupon tonight that came out of the advertising booklet circulating around Haines City. Ron R..
We had an amazing lunch here. The bread was yummy. The Italian wedding soup amazing. Both of our meals were delicious. I recommend the chicken parmigiano. The chef was even kind enough to make my 10 month old mashed potatoes.

Good on-site-made food by experienced chef/owner. Eggplant parm is delicious... crispy, not soggy, generous portions, sometimes makes two meals! Has coupons in local booklet, great $10 build-your-own pasta/salad dinner several days a week. Nice ambience.
