Was our first time there today and the breakfast was amazing, and talk about friendly owners. I would recommend everyone to stop by and chit chat with Mary Sue..

HANDS DOWN BEST BREAKFAST IN THE QUAD CITIES!! We had the collision and would recommend it to everyone, even the coffee was awesome. Sue is an amazing women, great conversationalist and she makes you feel like your at grandma's house. Very warm atmosphere. Loved the American theme and happy to see God Bless America evvverywhere..... as an added bonus they cook fried chicken in a cast iron skillet!!! Take my money now!!!!!

Excellent service, polite, and good hometown feeling and I would recommend this place to anyone that likes a warm cozy slower pace environment. I felt like I was at mom's kitchen. And absolutely excellent food you get what you pay for and then some. I had 3 pancakes, 2 sausage patties, and 2 pieces of wheat toast

Mary Sue's Cafe is a great little "hole in the wall" cafe in an urban area. If you are looking for quiche, glass, and chrome you are in the wrong place... If you want great "old school" breakfast and lunch food served by people who know how to do it, you are in luck, The burgers were great and the onion rings were fantastic. The service is always attentive but not intrusive.

Cash only with ATM on site. Great breakfast daily specials. Red, White and Blue themed greasy spoon. A gem of a greasy spoon diner. The only homemade biscuits and gravy. Not a mix. Complete breakfast with coffee under $7. Great value.

It's a nice small café. Just to let everyone know. Quote from the menu. "Mary Sue's does NOT accept checks, credit cards, debit cards, or link cards!" They do have a ATM. $3.00 service charge.
