Upon arrival there were about 4 cars in the drive through. When I went into the restaurant, I found no one at the register, an irritated man waiting, and no one acknowledging our presence. While seeing if anyone would come to the register, I counted 3 persons in the drive through, 4 at the food prep
I give a 4 star because the morning breakfast food is very good and prices are good as expected theses days. This time in the drive thru the service was in good timing too.

When I pulled up in the drive thru the lady greeted me and gave me the okay to order, so I went to list my order and the lady taking the order yelled that I was ordering too fast and told me to slow down. So I did, finished ordering and pulled up to the window to pay for my order & received my food.
Not so good. Service was prompt, food was stone cold. Ordering tacos Supreme did look much different from regular tacos. Pepsi product was flat and ready to be pitched when I got home.

Service is always rude or incompetent and slow. I order tacos with extra cheese and barely had any cheese on my tacos. Ive tried calling the store right away and no one answers. I called several times. This place is terrible. The compamy needs to fire everyone and start over.
The drive-thru gets a little crazy but if you're willing to wait the food is usually great and correct. Breakfast time is the best time to visit.
