Carvel is awesome! Their ice cream is soft and delicious. They have a huge selection of great toppings. The interior is decorated well. Definitely a great ice cream shop to go to! Have a great day!
First time here, and I had the soft serve ice cream 🍦 😋 special they had going on, Buy one get one free Wednesday. Had the caramel sundae. It was definitely good.
My wife and I came in for our daughter’s 4th birthday cake and was immediately greeted. We explained what we were looking for and the owners helped walked us through the process. Getting the design of and size was very simple and easy. We it was time to pick up the cake it was available as soon as we arrived when h was great because we were in a rush. The cake tasted and looked great. Would highly recommend this Carvel location. And when it’s time for another ice cream cake this location would be the one I would go to.
I come to carvel in Davie Plaza a few times a month the service there is amazing the girls are always smiling and happy especially one that is always there when I come I asked her name is Hope she is always happy makes you want to smile too and she is so nice to the customers. I highly recommend going and getting the best customer service and ice cream of course ❤️😊
AMAZING experience with this store!! I was trying to get a special cake made with another store & could not get ahold of them. Anthony, the owner, went out of his way last minute to call me back & see if I had any success with the other store. He then said he could make it happen and made a custom cake with the design & flavors my son wanted! When I picked the cake up, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They also had the cutest ready made Halloween & other themed ice cream cakes! It’s rare now a days to find business owners that truly take pride in their business and want to give customers incredible service & a great product! We’ll be loyal long time customers now!! I ordered a custom sheet cake for my mom’s birthday and it was hands down the most delicious cake. The team at Carvel in Davie did an amazing job making exactly what we wanted and it was ready perfectly on time. Will definitely be ordering all future cakes from here! Liz at Carvel (SR84 Davie) was excellent in her customer service. I needed to get a Sonic bday cake for my daughter’s birthday party on Sunday. I called on Friday and she told me she may not be able to get it done. But, a few mins later she called me back and said she can get it done on Friday for me. We got it sorted out and she had it done! The cake came out fantastic as the image was the same as the one we used on the birthday invite! The kids at the party were also impressed and of course they all loved a good ice-cream cake! Thank you Liz for getting it done and also taking the time to follow up! I appreciate your great service!
Caravel was amazing! The vibrant and cozy atmosphere made it the perfect place to enjoy a sweet treat. And the customer service was incredibly we had Hope as a server and she was so sweet! I went a few days and had a great time and will be back soon!
Ordered an ice cream cake with a special and unique design on it. Showed Anthony(the owner) a picture of what I wanted the cake to look like, and they did an amazing job decorating the cake!! Every time I visit the shop, the employees are great and have never been disappointed with their business. You must go there and get some ice cream or order your cakes for any special occasion. My favorite is the dashers.
