Ordered online which was quick and simple, arrived at the location for pickup and the line was out the door. There was no clear signage for online pick up orders, but I finally got the attention of a staff member for some direction. I ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes after pick up time because they were slammed busy. The team was working together and swiftly. We did enjoy our ice creams and milk shake. I would recommend good service and great quality ice cream, just be prepared for a little or wait.
Even choosing the medium sized scoop gives you large quantities of ice cream enough for 2 people. This time we chose the small scoop which was perfect for us. The flavors were perfect. Cream was fresh. Staff was polite and courteous. Overall a great experience. Take a “cup” instead of “cone” if you are eating in a car. Big ice cream if not finished fast enough will call for a car wash 🙂
Good ice cream joint in a great location. I rather wait in line here than get a lesser product at one of the other cheaper joints around here. It's a great vacation spot and very family friendly. I highly recommend this place.

I love cold stone ice cream. It’s delicious. This location always seems to have a wait out the door, especially during the evenings so the workers do not spend much time making your ice cream. The fun of watching it get mixed is very quick. Still tastes good though.
We came here to celebrate after our nationals competition and the ice cream was great, but Victoria really made our visit special! She was so kind, fun, enthusiastic, and sang us a new song after each tip. She wished us luck, gave us travel advice, and so much more. Can’t sing her praises enough! Thanks Victoria!
This was probably one of the best ice creams I have ever ate. I got the Germanchocalattecake. The ice cream artists were amazing! Can’t wait to go back! Long line.. worth the wait!
I felt so bad for the two young men working here tonight. Every place we have been to here on vacation is short staffed, just as it is back home. These two young men were working their tails off and people were being downright ignorant. I wish I would have gotten their names, but the one fella had a HUGE smile and was so engaging with his customers. Even through being shouted at and belittled, he never stopped smiling and treating his next customer like he was their best friend. It’s 86 degrees out, and right after dinner. Of course there is going to be a line and of course it’s going to take some time to get through the line. I’m glad we waited our turn, they took GREAT care of us. Thanks guys!
