Never had an issue here. I do use mobile order which works great and there is no wait. I dont come here on peak lunch hours and the sandwich is always fresh and done to order. I do stop in once in a while and buy there chocolate cookie and it always fresh. Recommend coming here, just use the app during peak times and order ahead of time.
Every time that I've come to this location my service has been completed within a reasonable amount of time. The staff are always kind courteous and helpful. This place is always clean every time I come here and I have never seen it dirty. Very clean restrooms. My son and I regularly buy food here because we like it done right the first time :-) highly recommend this location.
The guy working there tonight was all on his own and doing his absolute best to do all the food prep as well as preparing the sandwiches and salads. He also had excellent customer service skills!
The young gentleman working did a fantastic job on our subs he had a long line and was beyond courteous to each customer that entered took special care when making each of my 3 footlong subs the sandwiches were photo worthy and he went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with each sandwich offered me chips and cookies I was super impressed with his professionalism will definitely return to this restaurant
The store employee, Nick, is awesome. I stopped here once and just seeing how he interacted with the senior citizen vet that was in the shop was so respectful. On top of that he was funny and made the best sub I ever had. I've been back several times since then and each experience has been even better. Go Nick, the world needs young men like you these days!!!
