Latin America Food, everything related to grill chicken. I'm sad they do not offer boiled Yuca anymore, only fried 🥺.
Place: Fast food restaurant, regular, not too clean not too dirty. Enough space to dine in. Parking space available.
Food: Latin flavor, great. Perfect cooked black beans, price vs food is fair. The 4 leches was delicious 😋.
Customer service: Great, all my questions were answered, the updates on the menu, etc. Now they include avocado on some dishes.
Definitely I will return to Pollo Tropical!
I don't have Pollo Tropical in North Carolina so I'm happy whenever I get a chance to visit this chain. As busy as they were, we were able to grab a meal in a clean, safe environment. The food was awesome as usual and we brought some home too.
I love Pollo Tropical! The food is always fresh and the service was fast. I got the churrasca tropichop and it was so good. Go here! You won't be disappointed 😋
The restaurant was clean, but different from how I remembered pollo tropicals being setup. I remember you being able to add your own sauce from a self serve bar. That is not the case at this location. You request the sauce from the cashier, and they give it to you from the refrigerator already prepackaged. My plantains were cooked a little dark/charred than I would have liked. It wasn't bad, just different.
Super nice team!! The food was OK, but I went just prior to closing, so the standard and quality wasn't quite up to par. I would definitely go back. The place was clean and the associates were accommodating when they were out of a few things we ordered online.
Edit: 1 whole year late rim happy to express that this location has turned itself around! Had a great dinning experience here! Food was juicy, fresh, and staff was courteous. I have edited my 1 star review to 4 stars!
I never ever write reviews and after 4 months of not going to Pollo tropical, I came to this location and it was a nightmare, they gave me a literal burnt chicken and of course they didn’t have white rice so they gave me something similar to yellow rice but it wasn’t even fully cooked, ( it was really bad and I’m feeling sick because of it ) I also asked for fries and they seamed to be re-fried because it just tasted like it, the only great thing about this place was the Coca Cola and the Cilantro sauce, other than that they need to fire everyone and hire people that can do their job well, I went on April 21 around 8 PM
