We needed roadside assistance while on vacation and called AAA Daytona. The person who took the call was professional, courteous and efficient. I received automated text updates about the pending road service which was helpful to get confirmation that a response was in progress. The service provider called to advise that they were on their way and verify the location of the vehicle. They arrived at the time they estimated. The situation was keys locked in the car and the service technician was able to get the vehicle unlocked very quickly and with no damage to the vehicle. The tech was very professional, dressed professionally and very pleasant. All-in-all a great experience solving a challenge. Thank you!
