Thank you, thank you, thank you friend r being one of the only sit down Pizza Huts left in the area. Very much appreciated. The personal pan came out hot, loaded with toppings, and the garlic cheese bread was perfect. Great service from a polite waitress. It's good to see that not everyone has given up on inside service post-COVID. I will definitely be back.

Been awhile since I've had Pizza Hut. They didn't disappoint at all...those mini Cinnabons were on point as well. They are a must. Our server was great. Beautiful smile to go along with her personality. We will be going back very soon. πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

Positives: Service was great, Alyssa kept right up with our crazy family. As for the food, let me start off with saying it was the best we have ever had at this particular Pizza Hut. Delivery always comes great, but normally when dining in the bread (any of them) is table hard... But this time I asked for the bread to be cooked a little less and they did great! The pizzas we're actually was fresh and perfect... Normally I wonder why everything tastes day old. I will always ask for it all to be cooked to where it is soft. Who would want hard food anyways? BIG negatives: 4 of 5 of us wanted personal pizzas. After ordering a few minutes later Alyssa came back and told us they we're out of personal pizzas (again! this happens quite often). Normally we could just ask for a large pepperoni pizza and be good with it. This time I had a friend with my family, and her son. Our boys are 7 and extremely picky eaters. Maybe we should have left, but that is hard on our boys too, so we stayed. What should have been a $30 supper ended up being $55! The waitress when she came back explain that they did not have personal pizzas so she was going to put together a couple of medium pizzas and do half and halves on them. We ended up with three medium pizzas, for two adults and two seven year olds. Can you imagine how much pizza we took home? A lot! And that is another issue... the pizza was going to two different houses and we ended up putting them in one medium box and three small to-go boxes. Are boxes were crowded, the pizza was upside down on top of each other and it was a mess. I told Alyssa this was not good, but she said it was not their policy to just give us medium pizza boxes to put our left overs in. We had tons of bread we we're taking with us, too. We ended up leaving some food in the table and some we wrapped up in our napkins. Oh yes, this was absolutely our worst dining experience, ever. It was embarrassing, having a friend with us and her son. I didn't feel I could speak up at the time and make her feel like I was causing a scene.
