Excellent! Decatur better support this restaurant. Authentic taste in a town with few options. Good atmosphere, family owned and operated. I have traveled all over, lived in LA, Vegas, and Texas. I had 2 tacos and rice and was FULL! Good prices. The pictures say it all. Everything was clean. I read all the reviews and didn't want to eat McDonald's so I decided to try it out. Very happy. Will definitely be eating again. It was just me for lunch and the owner was super nice.
We were pleasantly surprised. We ate here when they first opened several years ago; we had a HORRIBLE experience and had not been back. We decided to give them another try a couple of weeks ago and really enjoyed it. We had dinner at 7pm on a Friday night and were the only ones in there; kinda sad! We really enjoyed our meals and the lady who waited on us was very nice. We will definitely not wait so long to return this time!!

Absolutely amazing food! When our grandkids visit, we always order carry out. Everything is fresh and delicious! The guacamole is the best ever! El Azteca in Decatur,MI is our definite go to restaurant!
I love this secret gem!! The food Is delicious the owners are so sweet and friendly. The restaurant is always so clean and decorated for all the holidays. It has a wonderful homey feel. Definitely a must try!!
El Azteca is my favorite Mexican restaurant out of many I have tried from Allegan to Kalamazoo to Paw paw and beyond! Delicious food, fast friendly service, can't beat it! Highly recommend enchiladas Verde and steak tacos!

La Azteca is one of few genuine home cooked latin restaurants around. The food is always fresh, and the lunch time meals are always filling. A good place for an authentic meal.
I loved the fresh brewed Iced tea and I love their $1 tacos. Guacamole was good as well. Nice little family restaurant and the older gal that waited on us was wonderful.
I really love the menu selection. And they make the BEST guacamole I've ever had!! Very friendly couple who own the establishment are always there to interact with the customers.
Good food for small town place. Never busy inside when I go. Must do a tremendous amount of takeout. Thankful to have this as an occasional option in our small town.
