I bought food from this location and it was really good. However, the customer service was AMAZING. I got my car stuck in a pothole that occurred due to the rain. It was on city property but a few of the employees ran over immediately and tried helping me out. They showed a lot of concern and empathy for my situation. One of them even made sure that I felt safe as I waited for my dad to pull me out of the mud. The others also kept an eye on me from inside as well. Thank you guys for trying to help me and for checking on me.
After I got my order, I asked for a few more ranches. Upon request, the drive through worker said “mmmm I gotchu man” and I thought I was going to receive ranch. Little did I know that I would receive 2 more chicken wings instead. While I’m not complaining because I had ranch at home, I’m kind of confused as to how everyone in my vehicle heard me very clearly that I asked for ranch, but the person I was facing and talking to did not. To the Popeyes management, this is in no way a complaint😂
I come here when I’m in town working, and noticed the guys working the dinner shift really do a great job and I can tell they care about their customers.
From what we see here , for this this Popeye's on Center st , the people are always polite and the food is hot and good and we dine in , chicken is delish !

It's a little to cold in the lobby. But food and service was great! We went today and the young tall guy was awesome! Friendly and very polite.
The chicken is great. The side are so-so. The staff can be friendly depending on the time of day. The dinning room is clean.
5 star dish. One Stunning chicken sandwich, served with the most amazing Macaroni and cheese. Prepared beautifully. Outstanding staff at this restaurant. Well done indeed
Good food for price if you use a coupon. Sometimes a wait for a few minutes to place the order at this location.
Food and service were great. It's a small thing but they forgot a spoon. For my work I am mobile and on the move all night trying to keep up with time restraints. And having to park and go inside for a spoon cost a bit of time. But otherwise the employees were polite and very quick with the food. Food was excellent.
Read all the bad reviews, but had to get me some Popeyes. Staff was extremely courteous and very prompt. Got my meal in under 2 minutes. And it was exactly right. And oh so good. I asked why all the bad reviews and they said new management just took over a month ago. If give it another try if I were Y'all. Excellent experience.
