Delicious food and excellent service! Generous portions with quality ingredients. Reasonable and friendly. The Italian dishes are tasty, the prime rib tender and flavorful, ample bread and butter provided free, scrumptious chocolate dessert with yummy creamy topping, and even free mints at the end of the dining experience. Thank you so much for the perfect place for our family get-together.
This place was simply AMAZING! it's a shame it's not slammed every night! The food tastes fresh and hot and every bite is like Heaven! The staff is also very attentive and welcoming. We are from Greenville SC but were in town for business and I know exactly where I'm going every time I'm in Defuniak Springs!
PS: whatever you do, don't go to the buffet steakhouse place, it's is HORRENDOUS and $5-10 higher!!!
The best of the best!!! I have been eating there since I was in elementary school and I am now sixty-six!! Can't even imagine a week without Mom and Dad's. Great food, great service, great friends!

Your their guest. Love the thin crust cheese pizza, and the ravioli, and My wife and cousin are huge fans of the eggplant parmesan. Love Mom and Dads, It is always a treat to be their guest.
We’ve never eaten here but tonight we ordered takeout from them and it was simply amazing! My husband had the chicken piccata and I had the sauté with chicken and both were delicious. We also had chicken fingers with fries and spaghetti for our girls and that was good too! Now that we know they’re there, we will eat there often!
Mike and I were there last night for our anniversary, the food was amazing and the staff is very attentive...they go the extra mile to provide excellent service...

Mom and dad's been around before I was born it is changed owners at least once in my 48 years! It still the most wonderful place to have a romantic Italian meal in DeFuniak Springs Florida

Our Church group had a late Valentine celebration as we were waiting on prime rib night. It was awesome. We always get the greatest service.

At the end of my long day I was treated with kindness & courtesy & had a delightful meal. The special of the day was Chicken Florentine & it's all home-made & delicious-o! I topped off everything with an Italian Cream Cake that would make Italians like Emarald Lagasse smile & ask for more! It was moist, creamy & had just enough pecans!
I thought the place looked familiar even though it was my 1st time there. 1 wall reminded me of something I'd seen on the TV show Restaurant Impossible... Well I was in the right place, just a few years later! Everything looks beautiful. The service is great & the food is fantastic. I'm going to be a loyal customer!
Sorry but the owner retired and sold. Has not reopened the last time I went by there. She took great pride in her restaurant. You could not have asked for better! Enjoy your retirement!

The food was good and the prices were ok. The reason I’m giving them a 4 instead of a 5 is because we all had problems reading the menu. We had never been there before but we were in the area and had heard good things about this place from friends. The dining room needs more lighting. It was too dark for me and my parents to comfortably read the menus. I had to use the flashlight app on my phone to help my Mom & Dad (who are elderly). The server seen us struggling and didn’t offer any help or suggestions.
The food here is unmatched- They have nightly specials and the desserts are amazing. The prime rib is the best i have ever eaten and we go every Thursday night for that! we cannot wait to try the crab cakes that are seasonal because they only use fresh crab meat. Pizza is thin crust and delicious and the cheeseburgers are the real deal! A must go! great hours too! The ladies that work in their, from up front to the wait staff are phenomenal and the customer service is top notch!
Service was good. Went on a Thursday which is prime rib night, ordered medium it was closer to well done which wasn’t bad but would have preferred it medium. Loaded baked potato was good and so was the bread.

The chicken piccata with angel hair pasta and pan sauce is on point amazing there's a depth of flavor every single time that you can't match anywhere. And Miss Carolyn is so amazing.
The most delicious food! I love everything I have tried. Love the atmosphere. It's very cute and cozy! I think it's great that they still have the cheddar cheese pizza on the menu!The Saute' with shrimp is so rich and tasty. I just wish it was closer to my home. Thanks Mom and Dad's for carrying on the tradition of great food!
It was delicious!!!! 5 stars! Had creat your own pasta. Ravioli/ Italian sausage meat sauce marinara and mushrooms. Fantastic! Maddie our waitress was awesome, too! You were out of Italian cream cake so had Tiramisu. It was great as usual only thing not great was margarine for fresh baked bread, would have been better if butter. Maddie was awesome!

I had the peppers, sausage and Penne and my son had a pepperoni pizza with cheese. We both loved our meal. Very clean place.. Everyone but me and my family were old folks. Will be returning.
Always a pleasant experience from the service to the food. I've never had anything to complain about and I am a very picky eater. My husband and kids love the food, Its a great family restaurant or even if its just you.
Our family ate here on our way to beach it was busy we waited half an hour to be seated it was worth the wait. . The staff was friendly and efficient we ordered food came it came out quickly and it was hot fresh and delicious. We would definitely eat here again.
