Oh my! Try their food guys! Its so delicious! We tried the mouth watering bbq ribs, mac and cheese, baked beans, house special chowder and sweet tea. Thanks Debbie for the warm hospitality, you made us feel like we’re eating at home. You got there a very relaxing ambience. We’re definitely coming back to try your other dishes

Not many places use food of such outstanding quality or put such , thought , time & love into choosing & preparing their dishes - this is clearly & deliciously reflected in every bite !
What makes this restaurant experience even greater is the warm , friendly , efficient & accommodating demeanor of the owners and staff .
Overall a great place for a quick bite , leisurely meal , special occasion or party.
It isn’t a place you are in any rush to leave , but are in a rush to return to !
Debbie is an excellent host 👏. The delectable dishes were fill with great flavor. Their homemade ice cream was mouthwatering😋. We will definitely 👍 come back soon🤗.
I can’t not put into words the warmth that we felt from the food and from the owner Deb. She welcomed us with open arms and plates full of amazing food. It truly was an experience we will never forget. The entire meal, and we had a lot, (brisket, burnet ends, Sriracha honey wings, Brussel sprouts, coleslaw, corn on the cob, Mac n cheese, ribs, cornbread, butter pecan and strawberry ice cream) was phenomenal, some of the best BBQ we have ever had. We will back and we highly recommend you go as well! Thanks Deb and the entire Joe Bosco staff!
I really don't even know where to begin on this restaurant.
We arrived before they opened and were greeted in the parking lot by staff. They talked to us like we were family they hadn't seen in a while. They showed us the outdoor patio so our 4-legged friend could stay with us, and they brought out a dog bowl of water for her.
Once they opened the place started filling up quickly. I ordered the Hot Mess, and oh my goodness it was delicious!!
I will visit this restruant any time I'm in DWG!!
Had the 1/2 Rack of ribs w hush puppies n Brussel sprouts. All very good. Ribs all meat bbq sauce on the side. Nice spacious modern dinning area inside and outside has tables and fireplace. Pleasantly filled. Good for after an AT hike or Mcdade trail ride. Option to BYOB.
The good:
Food came out quick. Good portions. Awesome pickles. Generous Mac n cheese. Homemade Bbq sauce was a+
The bad:
Brisket wasn’t that impressive. I thought it needed more time in the smother- I like brisket that can be cut with a spoon, but this one needed a real fork and knife. Smoke ring wasn’t prominent either.
Great atmosphere and a fun place to visit. I’d definitely come and try the other stuff (the young lady ahead of me ordered a whole chicken and she looked excited about it). Maybe we’ll come back and try the chicken or burnt ends.
My first time here, YUM!!! Everything was made to order, and so delicious. We had a large crew, so everyone got something different. I had the pulled chicken, and tried the hot mess as well as the BBQ pork fat (I think, all I remember was that they were little cubes of heaven!). The fries were perfectly seasoned, and HOT!! Not moderately warm like some places serve. There's also a little case of desserts, we didn't try them this visit. Parking is tight, not many spaces. We were there on a Sunday and parked in the lot behind the building, in an industrial business. There is outdoor seating as well, can't wait to go back when it's warmer. This is one place you must try if you like BBQ!!!
One of the best places I’ve been. I love the setup they have, and as soon as we arrived one of the girls working there came up to explain the ordering. Every second was worth the wait. The hush puppies were the absolute best! They were moist and tasty which is hard to find up here. The burgers and pulled pork sandwiches were flavorful and juicy. Even the lemonade was amazing. Definitely taking the 2 hour drive back up just for the food!
The service was also great, the two girls were so polite and checked on us a couple times.
Absolutely in the top 3 best BBQs I have had in my life! Great selection, awesome owners & plenty of seating inside or outside (outside is fondly named the "Covid Pavillion")
Their BBQ doesn't really fall into a KC/Memphis/STL style which makes it rrally stand out in my opinion.
Stop in & enjoy. It is BYOB (bring your own beer) but plenty of fountain drinks also.

The restaurant is clean.
The food is pretty damn good. The ribs are definitely fall of the bone, the mac & cheese is saucy and smokey, so is the barbecue sauce (sweet and smokey)
The sweet tea with lemon is so good I'm going to get a second cup on the way out.
The music is perfect to complete the vibe.
I drive all the way from Jersey to eat here as do many, many people.
Worth the daytime drive - 100%.

Joe Bosoco BBQ! In my life this place just fell on top 5 ribs cooked to perfection! Met the Pit Master and ordered a 2nd Rack! Tender! Fall off the bone! Excellent Sauces! This man has competed in Bar Bee Q and has crushed the competition!
I was working nearby and stopped for a quick lunch. The place is amazing, the food is on point. My only regret was not eating until you had to roll me out in a wheelbarrow. Can't wait to return and work my way through the menu
AWESOME! AWESOME! AWESOME! I am so glad we stopped here spontaneously, lived in the area my whole life and have never eaten here. The owner Deborah was so nice, accommodating, friendly and helpful. Acknowledged us as soon as we walked and gave us the whole run down on how everything worked as it's an order at the counter restaurant. Food was very delicious and we certainly didn't go away hungry. Decor and atmosphere was spot on. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!
The staff is very friendly and the food is delicious. I highly recommend their Hush Puppies side, I’ve never had this one before and loved it!!

The owners are the kindest people you could ever meet. They treated my family like their own. The establishment is perfect for families with plenty of outdoor and indoor seating
We stopped twice on our stay in the area and they remembered all my kids names and what they enjoy!
We celebrated my 7 year old’s birthday today and Debbie the owner gave him one of her out of this world “smoreos” for dessert! (Pictured below)
The owners have traveled all over to dozens of BBQ joints honing their craft and are personal friends with the biggest in the industry. Their unique sauces, rubs, wood selection, smoke times, etc give a unique product you HAVE to stop and try. Great BBQ all around. Can’t wait til next time! Joe Bosco BBQ is a truly amazing and authentic Smokehouse BBQ, reminiscent of the great BBQ houses in Texas and Nashville. We stopped in for lunch today and just felt at home. Steeped in the tradition of the best BBQ joints, we were led to a menu board upon entering and then placed our order with a friendly and patient cashier/server. We ordered the Brisket, Red Hot MOO Sandwich, mac and cheese and corn bread. The brisket was truly amazing, succulent, tender and perfect. The Red Hot Moo Sandwich was a masterpiece of Prime Brisket, Horseradish Sauce, Frank’s Hot Onion Straws. The mac and cheese was creamy, cheesy and plain delicious. The corn bread was excellent. We had the honor to really talk with the owner, Debbie. She is a gem of a human being and even brought me out a few honey sriracha chicken wings to try. WOW! We had a great talk about BBQ in general and the history of Joe Bosco BBQ. Suffice it to say that we'll be back...and can't wait to try all the other menu items. If you're in the Delaware Water Gap area, or even if you're not, make sure to stop by Joe Bosco BBQ and say hi to Debbie. Make sure you get some of that amazing brisket too!! You'll be glad you did!
This place is awesome. We dined in then did take out another night. Absolutely incredible ribs with a side of beans was amazing. Tried the smoked sausage with kraut and pickled onions was delicious. The women at the counter was friendly, attentive and treated us like family. She took time to help us order what we wanted. When staff treat you like that it’s a win win.Highly recommend this place to all. Rhode Island needs Joe Bosco.
