This is my favorite pizza in Florida. It kicks butt!!
The sauce and dough are made from scratch, they both are unique in flavor and crust texture. And the make a large cheese pizza for$9.99 summer special, can't beat that anyway you look at it.
Simji's has the cheesiest pizza with the tastiest crust in Delray Beach and believe me, I've tried them all! The crust has got that nice crisp texture to it. They also make this really good ciabatta bread - crispy on the outside and doughy on the inside. The service is super-friendly also. I had them deliver and it only took 20 minutes so that was a plus as well.
Commute from Boynton to get their creations...really worth the drive!
