I found this place driving for Uber/UberEats and I'm very happy with finding this accidental gem. My parents came to visit from Jacksonville, Florida and they were impressed with the food. I enjoy talking to the owner when I eat here and the food comes to me hot and as ordered when ordering through Eats. The owner appears very proactive to resolving issues with customers. This place is definitely worth a try.
As Mama taught ya, it's what's inside that counts! The exterior of the place leaves something to be desired, but if you want great tasting food, you've come to the right place! Come in and experience the prompt staff and impressive counter attendants. Outstanding counter order service and selection!
This place is great. So glad I noticed it off the side of the road on my way out of town. Chopper burger... brisket on top of the burger, and chili cheese fries. I’m stuffed, but I think I’ll grab some fried pickles for the road.
The place was clean, the two young men behind the counter were so great! The burger was fantastic, I love the idea of mixing brisket, short ribs and chuck. Great flavor, cooked perfect with the exact amount of dressing on it. I would highly suggest this spot to everyone in North Texas
This place genuinely has something special. I got the chopper burger, and it was absolutely delicious. We came in 5 minutes before close and chose to dine in (which is usually a BIG mistake at 99% of ALL restaurants). The staff, owner included were friendly and polite. I wish we had one in North Carolina.
Great burgers and the best onion rings around. They butter and grill the buns and to me that makes the hamburger. Also have breakfast on weekends and it is great and too much food... lol. Great place!
Love the patty melt, the barbecue cheddar burger and anything with their brisket. Amazing sides too!
I would drive the 15 hours for this burger it's that good. I recommend all Elk members to stop by and say hi and gave a great burger.
Just driving thru and noticed this at the intersection... what a great find! Great food, huge portions, friendly service, fair price, can't beat that! I ate on my way home, had leftovers the next day and enough for at least 1 more meal!
Oh, and very big selection on menu, but you have to get the onion haystack, love those things!! ☆☆☆☆☆��
Have driven by hundreds of time. Decided to give it a try yesterday. Liked it so much I went back today. Food is great. They have a vast selection on the menu.
This place has it all. Great food and great prices. The people are incredible that work there. I am new to Denton Texas, and when I am here. I feel like I have lived here forever.
Decided to give it a try since it was listed as a local favorite on Map-Quest and I definitely see why. We got the catfish meal and man was it good. The John Wayne baked beans are awesome. Will be coming here from now on when we come to Denton.
Burgers are AMAZING! Also, pulled pork sandwich is great too. I highly recommend the Savory Shrooms burger.
Love this spot - the location is a bit out of the way but the food more than makes up for it. The Kielbasa burger is amazing but the Benedict Burger is my favorite. Check this place out if you haven't already.

Service was a little slow but other people waiting for their food told us it was worth the wait and they were all right. We stopped on our way up to OKC and enjoyed it so much we stopped there again on our way back home. My husband ate his burger so fast I didn't even get a pic!
Made from scratch with natural seasonings cooked up by the nicest guys you could meet. Fried Catfish and Brisket Sandwich are the best I’ve had anywhere
I'm impressed! Not much to look at on the outside, but these burgers are worth the stop. Staff is friendly and have great suggestions if you can't decide. I got the Chopper to get a sample of burger and brisket. Highly recommend!
My brother recommended this burger place for the longest time. When I initially walked in the place it was clean. I ordered the FireSide burger and a side of jumbo onion rings. My brother ordered the breaded Chicken Club. The burger was delicious. The bun had jalapeños infused in it. It also had fresh sliced jalapeños and caramelized onions which were so good. The jumbo onion rings were actually jumbo straight up massive. My brother offered me a bite of his chicken club. Words can’t describe how good that chicken club is. The chicken was seasoned and juicy. The only flaw this place has is maybe the wait time. I waited roughly 15 mins but I wasn’t in a rush. I’m for sure coming back!

While I and many others can wholeheartedly say that Brisket Burger does in fact make a damn good burger, one thing I had a small issue with comes with pricing and value. Ordering for myself and getting the cheapest items I could, I walked away spending about $11-12. What I received tasted pretty good, really! However, it just reminded me that I could go to similar burger places and get comparable quality for a lower price - or I could get unlimited fries, more toppings, etc.
The restaurant is reminiscent of an older burger stand, with not a lot of room for movement. It's got a classic feel, which I can appreciate! The staff did great! They were very helpful and welcoming. I could tell they were working their hardest, and I appreciated their enthusiasm!
I'd like to reiterate though: the burgers taste great! This place is certainly at least worth a try or two. However, if Brisket Burger is looking to compete with other Denton burger spots, I think they'll have to modify a few things. If certain items were just a couple dollars cheaper, this would be an undeniable slam-dunk.
