We love to stop here and get sandwiches for our picnics! Staff and service are super friendly, always fast, and orders are always accurate. The Reuben is AMAZING and my son loves their toasties! We always look forward to eating here.
The Jalapeno turkey crunch sandwich is my most favorite sandwich ever ever. It's a must have for sure. Never a bad experience with this crew and always a great time. Great food great place.
The customer service is exceptional, and the food is always fresh and delicious. The restaurant stays clean, even when busy. Also, when you order curbside pickup or delivery, the food is packaged so well!! I’ve had a styrofoam cup of soup tip completely over, and the lid didn’t even budge!
Honestly this franchise is the better options out of the other similar restaurant in the city. Their sandwiches are flavorful and their other options are decent.
The only real problem is that the people that make the food sometimes make the orders wrong. Such as saying extra Mac and cheese and you never received it. Or you say no onions and somehow you still wind up with onions on the sandwich. Or the sandwich content is so lacking because they barely put anything on it.
But overall I enjoy the food enough to keep coming back.
