I walked right by the entrance to this place because it is tucked back in a parking area with a little sign that can easily be missed. Once you find the door, someone checks you in before you are allowed to go up the elevator. The atmosphere is super cool and the view of downtown Denver is fabulous! I tried both the Ford's and Hendricks Gin & Tonic. Both were good. My dining partner and I shared Mushroom Turkish Pizza, Kauai Shrimp and Spreads of the Med. The last one was probably my favorite. I liked the vibe and it was a fun experience.

This is a great spot to bring out-of-town visitors to Denver or to celebrate a special occasion. The great view and funky decor are topped by outstanding service and consistently delicious food. Don't miss any of the paellas; just be sure to order those first (with your drinks) because it takes a while to prepare. Also the pork was amazing as were the dips. Yum.

Had an incredible dining experience at El Five. The tapas were absolutely incredible. We had the goat cheese croquettes, papas bravas, the filo stuffed dish (can’t pronounce it), and the lamb shank. All of which were incredible. They have an amazing attention to detail - we had someone with a birthday and I believe they noticed when they checked our IDs at the time of ordering drinks because they served us with a cute birthday dish unsolicited. Overall it was a beautiful experience. It’s a shame the next door neighbor built a massive building which blocks off about 20% of the city views, but nothing that ruins the experience of El Five.

The food here is great for small parties or couples. My personal favorite was the Lebanese garlic dip. I wasn't a big fan of their seafood paella but my husband liked it. Service was friendly. Views are amazing. If you plan on visiting on a weekend though make sure you reserve as early as possible!

It has an amazing view to see the city skyline. The service was really good. All the questions were being answered well. The food and the drink was fine. The iberico pork lion was pretty good. It was tender and had good sauce. Don't really recommend seafood paella since it was really salty. And is not the paella we expected. Overall, it is a good place to enjoy the scenery and the service. Foods and drive were fine.

This place is really popular online and with the locals, so we decided to check it out. We booked a table two months ahead for a birthday celebration. When we got there, the host and hostess were super friendly and wished us a happy birthday. The appetizers and tapas were seriously delicious. We also ordered paella, and they told us it would take 45 minutes, but that was okay since we had ordered a bunch of great appetizers. After we finished the appetizers, our server asked if we wanted dessert, and we reminded her that we were still waiting for the paella. She said she forgot to tell the kitchen, so we waited another hour for it to arrive. We ended up ordering dessert too. I was a bit bummed that they didn't do anything special for the birthday even though they knew about it, and I even talked to the staff on OpenTable. Overall, it's a cool place with awesome views, but our waitress kinda dropped the ball. Still, we had a good time and would probably recommend it.

El Five was a top notch experience! We had to reschedule to a later time. And let me tell you this place was SO worth staying up past my bedtime! ;) We we’re celebrating an anniversary and everyone from the hosts to the wait staff and bartenders said Happy Anniversary to us. We were even given complimentary glasses of sparkling wine. Our waitress was personable and took the time to talk about the drinks and food with us. The drinks and food was beyond delicious. Everything curated so well. I didn’t think I had room for the cheesecake and I ended up devouring it. Don’t skip visiting El Five!

Such a beautiful restaurant. The food presentation and atmosphere were amazing. Paella was a little on the salty side. Eggplant fries a dumplings were good. Felt a bit neglected by our server Corey but Frank pulled off an awesome recovery and speaking to him was the highlight of our visit.

I’ve had this restaurant on my list to try for a couple years now, it did not disappoint! The food, view, and ambiance are incredible! It was great for celebrating a special occasion. We ordered 3 different dishes for 2 people and it was the perfect amount of food. Each dish was so diverse and full of flavor. My only critique was that we wished the server would have been a little more informative and enthusiastic while serving us. Usually, dining out at a higher end restaurant we love recommendations or how many dishes they would recommend. We asked and got very vague answers and they seemed to be “too busy” for us. Everything else was fantastic, compliments to the chef(s)!

Don't let the name full you, it's a bit more Mediterranean than Mex! I rarely splurge but since we were in town (originally from Washington) for a very special occasion this was the place we picked. Amazing gastronomic experience, and having the Zombie drink was really strong (3 blend rum). Get the harissa eggplant fries, I'm not a veg fan but this came out great! Don't be shy and try to walk in without a reservation, and I strongly recommend sitting at the chef's counter! The patio was closed but our experience was made better thanks to Mark and Connor who really knew their stuff and spent time talking to us and sharing samples. Couldn't be more pleased. Seafood paella is of large portion too (2 of us for half portion was filling), just needs a bit of a wait. Save some room for ice cream next door by Little Man!

I’m so happy to say that this has been the most amazing experience my husband and I have ever had at a restaurant. Our server was so kind, always refilling our waters, asking how things were going, and blessed us with amazing goodies for our sixth anniversary. We sat in front of the chefs, which btw if you get the chance is a splendid experience that you really can’t find anywhere else. My husband and I got to taste test so many amazing ingredients, and the conversations we had with Mark and Dylan (the chefs) were wonderful. I must say this was the best mouthfeels, explosive, and tasteful flavors of food I have ever experienced. My husband can really taste individual flavors and pick them out so for him to say this place was the best restaurant we’ve been to for our anniversary is something huge. I on the other hand can only taste things as a whole, but ABSOLUTELY enjoyed every single bite. Thank you for making our anniversary such an amazing and wholesome experience. We seriously felt so much joy, and happiness. The drinks, champagne, appetizers, single dishes, oh my goodness, try the sea bass if you haven’t. It’s magic. And lastly the dessert and attention to detail in all the dishes were phenomenal. I loved every dish. Thank you again! We’ll be back soon.

Excellent ovo lacto vegetarian mushroom paella. Nice view of downtown and a pretty interior. People were a mix of very casual Colorado vibes and a few dressed up a bit for a weekend night. I especially recommend the Fez Medina cocktail.

Look no further, THIS IS THE PLACE! You want the most spectacular view of the Denver skyline at night, well crafted cocktails and perfect small plates with a Moroccan vibe? Done! I could not believe how delicious the lamb was! Some of the best I've ever had. The vibe here is extremely romantic and the service is top notch. They even brand their ice cubes which was a great touch to my old fashioned. The server had amazing local whiskey and bourbon suggestions when asked and that made my drink so much better to enjoy something from the local Denver area. Absolutely make sure you book a reservation. Overall, you will not be disappointed by coming here, as it's 5 stars from every angle!

Pricey and worth every dollar! Seriously one of the most memorable meals I've ever had. The patio was a great experience and all the small plates we shared were phenomenal. The Seafood Paella is worth the wait! And definitely try the Matzo Ball Soup Dumplings and Lebanese Garlic Dip!

From the minute we walked in we were greeted by the manager Jacob. His smile instantly made us feel welcome. We didn’t know he was the manager at this point. We sat down to what we would become a memorable dining experience. The ambiance was fabulous and the food was outstanding! We ordered many tapas and all were bursting with flavor. Hard to pick a favorite but the mezze - spread of the med was fantastic!!! A brilliant way to start the evening. We enjoyed goat cheese croquettas, patatas bravas, smoked burrata (made fresh specifically for them and shipped from Italy) and the drinks and ambience on point. We were treated with such kindness and professionalism. Thank you GM Jacob and our knowledgeable outstanding server Zac!

Amazing paella 🥘 even the vegan one is delicious and filling. I tried their Zombie drink which was also very good. Beautiful restaurant with nice view and great service overall. It took a while until you get your first drink and app as it’s super busy there. There is also valet parking for $10.

I do not give five stars lightly. I have 10 years experience in the restaurant industry including hosting, serving, bartending and managing. I have been to some of the nicest restaurants in big cities like Chicago and Vegas. I can hands down without a doubt say this was the best dining experience I have ever had. Everything was beyond excellent from the ambiance, cocktails, beer selection, food and the knowledgeable service. It is very obvious when people are serving food and drinks they are proud of and this restaurant is a perfect example. The service in every position here was beyond my expectations. An extra shout out to my bartender Dan who had a very telling knowledge of the bar and food. There were two other gentleman behind the bar who were also willing to answer any questions I had and provide expertise on the food and drinks. Overall, 10/10 I do not have a single bad thing to say.
