Dinner here was great, I loved the jam that came with the charcuterie. The scallops in the corn risotto were cooked to perfection. The steak was the highlight though, prepared a perfect medium-rare and the sauce it came in was fantastic.

Our server, Curtis from NOLA, was excellent. He walked us through the menu with suggestions and recommendations. We loved our salads and entrees! We had the Caeser salad and the green salad with feta and olives. Both were delicious. My entree was the porchetta. So delicious! My dining companion had the roast chicken with gnocchi which he enjoyed as well. I recommend this spot!

DISCLAIMER: I only went for breakfast. Review based on that. 5/5 based on breakfast experience. Staff is friendly and got seated right away. Price point is a bit high. Teas are $7 with glass of OJ is $4. The avocado toast was decent but could do with some more flavor.

We had the privilege of sitting at the bar at the main restaurant which anyone can sit at instead of a formal table and got to see the chefs do their magic. It was incredible. The food was phenomenal. They use top notch ingredients. Everything was superb. Sous chef Javier Mercado even gave us a complimentary appetizer. Chef also couldn’t have been nicer. It was such a treat, the entire dinner and experience. Highly recommend their food and if you are a small party, sit where you can see them cook. It’s like watching magic and a symphony. Thank you for having us!

We have been a couple times for breakfast and even though it's a wait to get seated, the food is great. We are big fans of the chicken hash, the eggs Benedict, and the Hatch Bloody Mary. Our servers are always attentive and have great suggestions .

Incredible experience here! One of my new favorite restaurants. The environment was lovely. Staff were so sweet. We ordered the brussel sprouts and Foccacia as appetizers. The bread was delicious, but the brussel sprouts were out of this planet amazing! Sweet glaze with postacios and shredded apples. A beautiful touch! I highly recommend! For our mains, I ordered the duck dish with mustard seed, farro, and blackerries. The meat was perfectly cooked. The sweetness level was perfect! My partner ordered the butternut squash raviolis. The sauce was incredible. Raviolis cooked perfectly and the squash sweetness was beautiful. We ended our meal with the cup of Tiramisu, creamy, chocolaty, super delicious! Sooo looking forward to coming back here in a couple of weeks when they switch to their summer menu! Update: Went there again. Wonderful experience. Our waiter Carlos, was very accommodating! The melanzane was fantastic. If you love eggplant, this is your dish!!

This is a historic Italian fare that has been in business in the Denver downtown area for a long time. However, the surrounding areas is a bit shady. The food was solidly good and authentic, but not at the level that I would say it's other worldly. The staff is friendly and very attentive, which makes up for some of the shortcomings of the food and made our dining experience more enjoyable.

We were hungry after a morning flight from Denver, and the Sunday brunch dish of chicken hash couldn't have been more delightful. Great flavor and ingredients! Had risotto with shrimp for lunch there two days later, and it, too, was terrific, if pricey for a fairly small dish at $25. However, my wife's Panzanella salad had way too much dressing on it, to the point of being unpalatable.

We came to Panzano on a whim to celebrate our 6 month wedding anniversary and it surpassed our expectations! I note that we came on a whim because we did not make a reservation prior to walking in and waited over an hour for a table since they were fully booked that evening. This was completely our fault for poor planning so I highly highly suggest making a reservation in advance to ensure you secure a table! I promise it won't disappoint! Our waiter was incredible, and I am now kicking myself for not remembering his name because he truly was so great! We ordered the calamari to start and a bottle of wine to share - the manager came over to our table to open it for us and told us that at no point should we be serving ourselves, and he wasn't wrong! When our waiter or other employee saw our glasses almost empty, they immediately came over to refill us. Talk about incredible service! The calamari was delicious, we loved the veggies tossed in the mix, but our entrees stole the show! My Husband ordered a mushroom pizza and I ordered the Agnolotti, which is served with a pasta similar to ravioli, in a pesto ricotta sauce. Delightful! It was the perfect way to celebrate our wedding anniversary!

This was not far from my hotel in downtown. Was on a business trip and was suggested this place from the hotel staff. Loved the style and look of the restaurant. Had some soup and bread as a starter and got the lamb and port bolognese. Was very tasty! I'd suggest others to this spot as well.

We had breakfast here 2 days in a roll. Everything we ordered are freshly made and really good. The banana French toast is especially yummy.

This place is back on track! The food was amazing and they had great service. It seemed like one of those older places that had to close during COVID and now are getting back on their feet. I hope they can remodel soon.

We had the honor of sitting at the chef's table where we could watch all the food be made. We had sous chef Javier Mercado by us and he was an absolute delight, despite being super busy: he told us stories, gave us recommendations on the menu, and showed us what he does. Chef was in the zone, but always looked over to give us a smile. This place is the best --- better than the top restaurants in Boulder we usually go to. Amazing food, friendly service and fun experience.

This experience, because we trusted the Chef, was spectacular. Worth every dollar and more. I don't dress like I'm worth the time and to be treated like a vip is a testimony to the customer service given here. From Abby to the waiters and Sommolier and even a bit of curious inquiring on my part especially with the in house chef and her staff , the whole staff was tremendous. To say the food was immaculately prepared won't be enough. Best chicken I've ever had, and I'm over 35. The drinks were great the price matched the food until the chicken which i honestly could have paid for 10 times and it might be worth it. It was truly a night out and a gastro delight. Everyone involved is worth a shout out and anytime I'm in Denver it's Panzanos at least for a night!

One of my favorite Italian restaurants! We were just here last night to celebrate my birthday and I was not disappointed! The service was awesome, and so was the food! I highly recommend making reservations because it gets very busy! Make sure you leave yourself some time to find parking too, it can be a bit tricky around that area. I believe the restaurant does have a valet option, but we can never figure out where to pull up to to utilize that service, so we just find metered parking somewhere. The atmosphere is very inviting, and dress is casual, no need to be fancy unless you feel like it! Our server was very attentive! They have an extensive book of wines from all over the world as well as other options like whiskies, tequila, and scotch. I highly recommend their bolognese! But I decided to try the Fra Diavolo, which was amazing! He had the Anatra Arrosto, the duck, and the soup was also very good! I also recommend saving room for dessert! I highly recommend this restaurant, especially if you love Italian and wine!
