Amazing. Sat at the bar with my wife and watch a master craft cocktails. It was like watching someone do a science experiment. Highly recommend.

This is high class in a stunning historic train station. The limited menu offered something for everyone. Great cheese platter served elegantly on a silver tray. I had the "Soggy Dollar" cocktail, one I won't soon forget. Loved it!!

I had the pleasure of visiting the Cooper Lounge on March 25th with my husband for some fantastic cocktails! Shawn and Luiz took wonderful care of us and we got exceptional personal interaction that you can only get by very skilled and talented bartenders in high end establishments!

If anyone is in Denver, do yourself a favor and stop by the immaculately rejuvenated Union Station and have a drink at the Cooper Lounge. It is absolutely gorgeous, has fantastic drinks, and is staffed by the friendliest and most professional staff!

I really love this place. It's such an upper class vibe with amazing ambience. The atmosphere is so fun, interesting to be in Union Station. People watching is quite an adventure as you have all phases of life at the Station. The drinks were great! One of the best cosmos I've ever had and that's saying a lot for a pretty simple drink. I have already rebooked our reservation for next week when I'm down town next. I RECOMMEND MAKING A RESERVATION! Super worth it. I have tried coming here on a whim and it was a 2 hour wait. Seating is great and versatile for small or larger parties of 8 if you reserve ahead of time. Our server was Matt who was a great, attentive, kind server who kept it classy throughout our whole time.

Amazing atmosphere and quality cocktails! My wife and I visited the Cooper after receiving a recommendation from a fellow guest. I feel like it was a premium experience with premium cocktails worthy of the price tag. Would definitely go back to the Cooper again!

Union Station as it is is such a cool spot but Cooper Lounge is the icing on the cake. Nestled on top looking over the station is this upscale lounge. Our drinks were beautiful and came with snacks. Any place that gives you snacks with your drink is Jam up in my opinion. Started with the vesper and Full send and ended with a classic dirty martini and Tom Collins with our favorite gins. This is a must see in Denver. The charcuterie platter was delicious and so beautiful. Well done Cooper Lounge, we will definitely be back next time we are in town.

This is one of my favorite spots in Denver. My husband and all of our friends say the drinks here are always amazing. I don't drink alcohol. The bartender is amazing, He always makes amazing mocktails for me. I went here for the first time on Valentine's Day 2022 and we're back again this year. I told him two years ago that you made me a wonderful mocktail. I want to drink that mocktail again. And he can't remember it šŸ˜† But he's an amazing bartender and a very skilled bartender. Because he can make mocktails that are surprisingly tasty and close to the mocktails I drank for the first time. Highly recommend.

Went not long after they opened for the day. Not very busy but it is 430 on a Wednesday. Planned on a happy hour drink but decided to go for their $25 old fashioned. Delicious. Served fancy with a side of trail mix. The large ice cube was extra fancy with words on it. Gorgeous marble bar with a couple tables with high top chairs and a couple low tables with high back chairs.

My mom and my best friend went to visit Denver and we discovered this place. Everything was EXQUISITE. From the decor and ambiance to the service, food, and drinks. Emily is an incredible server and so sweet! What an experience. Highly recommend the bloody Mary, the espresso martini, the shrimp cocktail, the breakfast platters, the bruschetta, and the crabcakes. My mother said that the truffle deviled eggs were delicious! I unfortunately donā€™t eat bacon and itā€™s in the dijonaise so I didnā€™t try those but those are supposed to be fantastic too. Incredible experience all around. Love the music in there, too! They were playing Depeche Mode & The Cure, so it was a whole vibe.

I went here to celebrate my Birthday. This is a nice high end bar with great food and drinks. I could tell that their drinks are high quality, top shelf. I really liked their old fashioned drink. The staff are super friendly and attentive to their customers. The place is nice and clean. I would go here again. It is a good place to go to celebrate special events.

Quite the experience! Cooper Lounge is located on the second floor of Union Station. Youā€™ll be met by their host, and either walk up the staircase or take the elevator. All seating overlooks the main area of the train station, but is removed enough that the volume of the station isnā€™t apparent. Reservations are a must! We sat at a high table with comfortable stools. Thereā€™s a variety of seating options including some low couches and funky lighting. Given that itā€™s an elegant cocktail bar, I was pleasantly surprised of how well lit the space is. Thereā€™s a long bar with ample seating as well. Each drink was served on its own silver tray with a small bowl of bar nuts. The dirty martinis were to die for, and the wine selection was wonderful. While the food is light, it is the perfect portion for a happy hour or appetizers. We ordered the charcuterie board, as well as oysters. The oysters were fresh, clean and smooth. I also love those mini Tobascos! The charcuterie had a nice variety of meats, cheeses and antipasto, and our server was nice enough to bring plenty of bread. The only negative I have is the distance to the bathroom and that there is only one. Other than that, the experience was flawless and I canā€™t wait to come back!

Solid and inspired craft cocktail bar in a unique venue! Worth going and service was solid, with a well curated cocktail list and decently stocked bar. Worth a visit after dinner! A few things for management: menus are Olive Garden sized and should be small, elegant and easy to peruse without knocking over another drink. Also the hosts attempt to play a hard to get a seat at the half empty bar game, which doesnā€™t work as well given how open air this is. Figure out a better way to keep it exclusive feeling.

We had drinks while staying at the Crawford Hotel.. this bar has a great selection of cocktails (strong cocktails šŸ˜) and friendly service.. they serve a nut and pretzel mix with the drinks as well. Our bartender, I forget his name but he plays hockey, was very friendly and made our experience a good one. Thank you!
