Nice little coffee bar at Denver's Union station.
Large Americano both flavor brewed hot. Good service friendly folks. I really like the whole milk and half and half contact. Decent price for a large Americano in a tourist attraction area.

Best coffee experience inside the Denver Union Station while you wait for the train or if you are around. Priced right, good service and there's a place to sit outside the coffee shop that opens to the right of the Denver Union Station. We had ordered cappuccino and the brewed coffee. Cappuccino was better than the brewed coffee. The coffee cups feature a train, that's an added bonus.
I went for a stroll down the 16th Street Mall until I happened upon Union Station. At that point I decided I wanted a cup of coffee, and Pigtrain was right there so I went in and ordered a drip. The barista recommended the dark roast. It was pretty good, much better than what you get at "char"bucks.
It was a HOT summer day, and I decided to stop by for a coffee before I took the train to the airport. My Iced Oatmilk Latte was amazing, and the seating outside the place is great to work or catch up with friends. Quick service and cute branding!

Been craving a chocolate croissant for weeks. Saw one in the glass case and had to get one. SO ordered a cappuccino and said it was best ever. Must have forgot same thing was said in France! Guess we'll have to go back to France for a correction on that statement! Until then, this may be our coffee spot in downtown Denver, Colorado.
Had the most delicious pistachio and rose latte with pistachio whipped cream.
*Note to the owner*: Removed 1 star for 5% Liveable Wage Fee on all orders? This is ridiculous, either pay your employees fairly or increase your prices and don’t have this be on the customer - these fees are taking advantage of the customer. Be honest and state in your menu that “ you are playing psychological games and are anti consumer”
Coffee, espresso, and tea offerings with some snacks - they were good. It’s located inside of Union Station where there are nice chairs and sofas to sit on.
Located in Union Station, this coffee shop has all coffee and tea selections! It’s great! The staff there are super nice and professional! Although this is located in downtown Denver, you definitely feel safe getting coffee and sitting in the station on outside in their outside seating area!

The barista did the latte art I love so much. And the mocha was tasty, not to mention the fact that they use espresso beans from locally owned conscious coffee.
I love that a variety of people cycle in and out of this busy area.
It’s clean, safe, friendly, beautiful, living wage conscious. And Pigtrain Coffee serves locally sourced pastries and coffee.
You can sit in the renovated Great Hall of Union Station or in the patio in Wynkoop Plaza.

Nice specialty coffee shop located within union station. Creative spiced seasonal flavors and well steamed milk latte art, not limited to just coffee drinks but also hot chocolate and cider.
Quality coffee and good danishes! Almond croissants were a little too overfilled for my taste, however. Got a cortado and it was very splendid

The good: Surrounded by the bustle of Union Station, Pigtrain Coffee Company is a welcome segue to the outside world. I ordered a latte and a brownie and took a look around. They have shelves with fun little souveniers from their shop and union station. I loved the open atmosphere. One unique touch which I loved, was that they have creamers on tap!
The latte was delicious, as was the brownie. I relished the experience as I walked straight outside and got on with my day.
The bad: The indoor seating is limited. If you want a lot of peace and quiet this may not be the best place for you as quite a lot of foot traffic can pass through the coffee shop.
Summary: I highly recommend giving this coffee shop a try - I think you'll quite enjoy it!
Cappuccino was great, I did not expect such a good quality inside the train station. Pastries are also very fresh and tasty. A lot of merchandise for last minute gift shopping.
Good coffee place. The only problem is that the place is tight, so you have be seated in the station or take your cup and walk around.
Great Latte! This was a nice little surprise while exploring LODO in Denver. While the location within Union Station isn't a very relaxing locale, the ample and comfortable seating in the main area right outside was great for sitting and people watching. The drinks were carefully made, and the brownie purchased to enjoy with it was decadent!
We came to Pigtrain off the train on a 12-hour layover in Denver on our way back from SLC, as my wife wanted some coffee to recover from the red-eye flight in.
According to her, the coffee was delicious, perhaps the most flavorful coffee that she has had in a long time. Hints of honey and hazelnut (local) compliment the fresh coffee beans, and the presentation was quite attractive as well.
The public area where we consumed the beverage was less pleasant, unfortunately. As soon as we sat to enjoy the beverage, we were approached by a security guard who (politely I will note) informed me that I needed to remove my feet from the table and that my wife was not allowed to "lay down " (my wife had positioned herself horizontally along the couch to face me...) Not a big deal, but if I am paying upwards of $6 for a cup of coffee, I feel that the space to enjoy that coffee on my own terms (within reason) should come along with.
