Best Mid-East Food in Denver for my money! Open late. Lamb Shanks are the bomb and worth whatever they charge for it (menu says "market price", I don't even bother asking). Falafel excellent, Hummus excellent, Beef Shawarma plate is super savory, Baba Ganoush is fantastic and I don't typically like Baba, Fatoush is great, Tzadziki is ridiculously garlic-y but delicious, Baklava is the best I've ever had. Basically close your eyes and point at the menu and whatever they bring will be phenomenal. Ambiance is super casual and they have plenty of outdoor seating. I live in Arizona now but every trip back to the D, I make it a specific point to stop at J-RUS.

The absolute best Middle Eastern food out there. I have been going to this place sine 1987, without a doubt authentic. Lamb Shanks are awesome, plus the Baba Ganoush is the best I have ever had. Low key and very approachable.

What a great place for Middle Eastern food. Their portions are big enough that my family is making a second meal out of it for our Friday evening dinner! Will remember this place when we visit Denver again!!

This place has a great vibe, lots of seating both indoor and out. The menu was a lot more extensive than I expected and seemed to have something for everyone. Plates were big and the food is very tasty and the hummus is amazing! I will be eating here again next time I visit Denver !

First time visiting. This place is a gem. I went there on a strong recommendation from a friend & I wasn’t disappointed in any fashion. Great food, great service, WONDERFUL hours. I alsotried dessert foods I’ve never eaten before & enjoyed each one. I can’t wait to return. Thanks again.

I visited Jerusalem Restaurant yesterday, full of anticipation. The restaurant filled up with Patrons rather quickly. It took a little bit to receive our food, but it did NOT disappoint. In fact, the food was INCREDIBLE!!! The Staff was courteous, friendly, and they worked very hard, tending to all patrons. The pricing is VERY reasonable. I will return, and I encourage ALL to try this place out. You will NOT be disappointed.

This is an outstanding restaurant! The dishes are authentic, and are served from a staff that cares about it's customers. Seating can be a bit tight at times, but that is due to the popularity of the restaurant. Jerusalem has been a mainstay in Denver for many years, and has won numerous awards. The beef Shwarma and hummous are fan favorites. Stop by next time you're looking for a new place to dine in or take out. Located near DU, on 1890 e Evans ave.

This is one of our most favorite places to eat. Nights, weekends, holidays it's always open when we're having a craving. Great, healthy food that tastes amazing. Great spin on grilled dolmades (spun on the grill till crisp after traditional cooking) appetizer. Great baba ganouj as well. The Super Dish is easily shareable and the pita lets you make yourself sandwiches aplenty. Kind of like going to your best friend's grandma's house. Yum! And open late, late, late for an after study or after let-out feed. Great desserts, too. Happy food.

As always, absolutely fabulous! Very reasonably priced. My husband and I love to come here and spoil ourselves with whatever we want to order. The waiter and the staff all work together and make the experience amazing.

This is one of my favorite restaurant! I go there anytime I’m on that side of town. I love that they are open late. The place is small but it gives a real authentic vibe. I got the meat covered combo. My dish was flavorful, tender, and delicious. You must try.

The food here is delicious. They were very busy, but the service was still good... just slow. Our food took a long time to come, so be prepared to enjoy a leisurely meal. It is absolutely worth the wait. There is seating inside and outside with two semi covered outdoor areas. There is not a lot of parking but adequate for the space. The desserts look amazing but we were too full, hopefully next time.

Wonderful food here. And a nice calm section of Denver. The chicken gyro was fantastic, as was the chicken gyro entree as well. The staff is very friendly, and very attentive. Very much appreciated their input on desserts and entrees. Desserts were fantastic as well, they make them in half. Particularly enjoyed the brownie, chocolate cake, and baklava.

One of our family's favorite places to eat for over a decade. Surprisingly Fast and very distinct flavors. If you are able to go on a Sunday afternoon you might find it relatively quiet. 😉

We got there before it opened but didn't mind waiting. The food wasn't as good as the last time I was there. It was kind of disappointing because it was the first time I brought my husband and I told him how good it was. The meat was dry and didn't taste like they just made it. Although the rest of the combination player was good. He loved the dessert. We both love middle eastern food. I think everyone should try it once!

Welcome to another food review from Charlie - Jerusulums is a great spot for a late-night meal, and I recently had the pleasure of ordering their Hummus and Gyro Plate. Everything was pretty good, and I was impressed by the flavors. The hummus had a creamy texture and was packed with delicious Middle Eastern spices. The gyro plate was equally delightful, with tender and well-seasoned meat. The combination of flavors was satisfying, making it a solid choice for a late-night craving.

Delicious food that’s very fresh. Everything on the menu is great, but my husband and I got the vegetarian platter and lentil soup. Great service as well. The restaurant is family owned - staff are very friendly and attentive. We also ordered dessert which was 10/10. I highly recommend you try it out!

I love Jerusalem, been coming here for years. I think the food has actually improved over the last several years. But the atmosphere, even though they updated the place during the pandemic, leaves a lot to be desired. They could start by fixing the flickering lights in the main dining area.

They TRULY care about their regulars! We eat here often. There was a mix up and we had a longer wait than usual. One of the long time cooks (15 years) came out and insured we received our food and even prepped it to go for us as we had somewhere to be. The food is DELICIOUS. The staff are friendly and attentive. Of all the times we have visited, this is the first we ever had a real issue and they did everything to correct it. I will gladly continue to support this wonderful local spot! 🤍

So cozy, we sat in their outside covered area :) I asked our server if they had any recommendations for vegan Palestinian dishes. He was very nice and recommended the vegetarian plate with a simple replacement. Every part of it was amazing. There might not be a ton of vegan options, but the plate and the wrap we had were to die for!! Some of the best falafel I’ve had!
