Super nice customer service, great pastries and love the ambience! The lemon tart was really good, the danish were a little dry but still great! The danish flavors were fantastic though. Great little spot to take a date on or just to relax and enjoy a delicious pastry!

Went here for the soft opening and was amazed by how delicious the pastries are. Great croissants and eclairs, but also really good coffee from Commonwealth (my favorite Denver roaster). Plus, the owners and employees are some of the nicest people and very clearly have a passion for baking. The area itself is small but quaint, and feels a lot like a bistro you'd find in Paris (plus the rolling pin decoration on the wall is pretty cool).

The French bakery is a quaint spot with incredibly amiable bakers. They have a delectable selection of cakes, quiches, croissants, cookies as well as coffees and teas. Furthermore, they're happy to take on special requests. Recommended for everyone.

The Rolling Pin Bakeshop in Denver, Colorado would be the perfect place for our next family Easter Brunch weekend getaway. They have the best made from scratch pastries, cakes, desserts, and breads served daily in the entire world! My two son’s and I have never been to, Colorado but a family road trip to the Rolling Pin Bakes Shop sound like a great Idea. I’m looking forward to trying there made from scratch, warm fresh oven buttery croissants.

This place absolutely rocks!! It’s got a beautiful store front, as you walk in it only gets better! Everything is super clean, the interior design is very nice, the staff is super knowledgeable and hella friendly! We bought a lot of different pastries, and they were all very very delicious! I love this place! We will definitely be back for a lot more tastings and to try out the hot drinks!

If you are ever in Denver you must go! The staff is amazing & the croissants are to die for! Made me even more excited for our upcoming Paris trip. But until then, we have a little piece of Paris in our own backyard!

How can I be happy and disappointed at the same time. I came here on the 28th to find that they were closed. I came back super excited on the 29th because I MUST TRY AN ALMOND APRICOT CROSSIANT. Sad they didn't have any. I was not leaving empty handed. I got carrot cake which was great. Not too sweet and no coconut which made my husband happy. I also got the lemon bar. That was okay. Then I got the, I forgot what it is called but it is in the pictures. It is chocolate layers with hazelnut and a crispy chocolate bottom. The sponge cake was firm not soggy. It was good. I will be back for the CROSSIANT. EDIT I went back for the crossiant. It was amazing as was the Apricot Cheese Danish. The crossiant is 80 layers. Both are worth a trip.

Lovely place with the best croissants! No pictures of croissants because it wouldn’t give back the taste and awesome crunchy, yet soft texture anyway. My favorite is the ham&cheese croissant. If you have long hair, make sure to put it up before eating! Enjoy every crumb of it.

I am in love with this bakery. Breads, pastries, and cakes - and the coffee is amazing too. It's spotless inside, and the decor is classic and clean. Butter yellow is perfect given that they specialize in butter croissants. I've ordered two specialty cakes from the shop, both gorgeous. I wish I had a photo of the first - it was buttercream on white cake and the finishes were beautiful. It sliced near-perfectly. The cakes come with choice of both icing type and filling type. The second cake was a giant cream puff! A friend went with me to the bakery after a museum visit and fell in love with the Paris Brest and cream puffs, and they were able to make her a cake-sized cream puff for her birthday! They even put fresh strawberries in it, too. We were told that the cake would feed 12, but it easily fed 15 with leftovers! Admittedly, the leftovers didn't last very long...
