If you're in the Hilltop neighborhood and jonesing for a great burger, you have to give Park Burger a try.
If you try before October 1st, you'll get to try the Hawaiian Burger. That burger was the bomb!

Yum! Good burgers and shakes! The standard burger is great. Juicy and flavorful. But branch out and get the pepper one. Also the birria fries were pretty damn good (see picture). A riff to on disco fries/poutine? Delicious.
The staff is always super friendly and the food is great. It's really reasonably priced, given their quality. It's one of the few places that isn't explicitly gluten free that I can eat at without having an allergic reaction too. They've become one of my favorite spots to eat!
The burgers were perfect and they built my own gluten free and dairy free salad.
Kettle chips and sweet potato fries were fresh fresh fresh. Perfect texture without being greasy. We tried 2 of their specialty burgers, and each ingredient contributed to the flavor explosion of the whole. Extremely happy with our meals for the price. What a neighborhood gem! Would love to come back and try the creative cocktails.
Food is always great here! We had a new server, and he did a pretty good job. Only tip for him besides the cash from last night, pay more attention to customer drink levels.
Can't think of anything negative to say. The bison burger is excellent (although they incorrectly call it a buffalo burger), the sweet potato fries are possibly the best I've ever had, they have a good draft beer selection, and the service is very good. Nice outdoor patio seating also.
This place had a good burger. My favorite thing was the fully loaded fries. The server was great! We sat at a table on the patio.

This is a fantastic place. The truffle-Parmesan fries are absolutely amazing and the burgers are really good. I’ve never had anything here I haven’t liked. I’ve had the veggie burger before as well and it’s also very good.
I had an amazing lunch experience at Park Burger, Hilltop. Picture 4 hard
to please ladies of a certain age for lunch. Our server, ever so pleasant
helped us speedily obtain 4 different orders, different sauces, etc and presto
the food was out! And then she with a smile asked us if we wanted separate checks! No hassle. Delish lunch. Non styrofoam togo boxes.
Great variety of tasty burgers. Our favorites are the Scarpone (big shoe) and the Bacon Barbeque. Burgers can be ordered in a small size. Do try the sweet potato fries. Crisp fresh salads. Three seating venues; sports bar, family, and partially covered porch. There's a full bar but even that strikes me as family friendly. The music is whatever and a bit loud. The service is great. Reasonable street parking. Call-in to-go orders are welcomed. There's also a pretty good ice cream shop one door south. Have fun. Eat well. But I'm not the boss of you all.

Wowwwww! This was an awesome first experience here! I've driven by this place so many times and finally today we decided to go eat here and what a great decision that was! Off street parking, they have a lot out back but I think that's where employees park although there weren't any signs saying Employee Lot Only, so I guess you could park there too. They have ample outdoor seating. The inside was very clean and modern with a rustic touch. I loved their bar area and the high top tables were very sturdy and the colors were clean. We got seated right away and the bartender that waited on us was very friendly and knowledgeable! The food came out very quickly and man, they have awesome burgers! I got the Royale Burger with the parm-truffle fries. The burger prices and fry prices are separate so just be prepared to add an additional $2.50-$3.50 to your burger cost for the fries. Great beers on tap as well as wine and cocktail options. I also got the Salted Caramel Pretzel milkshake which was pretty good but could have been more like a milkshake if that makes sense. Overall a really good place to eat if you're in that area!
I would like to start off by saying I ordered their veggie burger and it was literally THE BEST veggie burger I have ever had (and I've had many). They hand make their veggie patties too! I'm sad I don't live in Denver because I don't know when I will have the pleasure again of eating this delicious burger.
Anyway, the restaurant was clean and nice looking. Our server was very nice and helpful. Their house red wine was delicious! Their fries are amazing (I got the truffle parmesan). The prices are super reasonable, I think mine was only $8. I highly recommend checking this place out!
