Phenomenal food and service! And who can complain about bottomless mimosas with 3 different options of juice!, That's right, NO ONE! Oh and the chicken & waffles...to die for! I'm from Phoenix, AZ and always make a point to go when we are in town. :)

From the beautiful old building with exposed brick - to archways in the bar and the industrial metal makes this restaurant feel so comfortable!! I love the patio with the misters on hot days and bistro lights!! If you love beer then come here with over 25 unique taps and a drink list that can tantalize anyone's pallet!! The food is an eclectic taste of everything!! From salads to pasta dishes, burgers, and more I had a hard time choosing what to eat!! Delicious all around!!!

One of the best brunches in Denver. Overall food and bottomless mimosas interchangeable with blood marys and other booze. Gets packed by 11am!

Fantastic service and atmosphere! An absolute must see for Denver that will not disappoint. Great mix for locals or just visiting with delectable cuisine that’s perfectly paired with craft beers and cocktails. I was thoroughly delighted with Sunday brunch and 3 younger kids enjoyed as well. Great to see pet and kid, adult friendly so bring everyone and anyone!

I absolutely love this place. The patio is so pretty. Inside is very inviting. Everyone who works there are very nice and helpful and happy. The food is fabulous. Scratch kitchen. I love how they take such pride in their menu. BOTTOMLESS mimosa and Bloody Mary bar is awesome and very affordable. I had the breakfast burrito and the green chili is crazy good. I would highly recommend and I will definitely be back with the whole gang. Thanks 1908 for a wonderful Sunday funday brunch

We decided to sit inside since we had never been at this place before but would choose to sit outside next time. Breakfast tacos were really good had great flavor! Chicken and waffles were really disappointing. Paid $17 for a chicken tender that had no seasoning 😢 was hoping for fried chicken with a large waffle. Waffle was also thin and no flavor 😢 definitely do not recommend that on the menu. However service was fabulous and so were the mimosas! Would go again for the tacos and 2 bottles next time.

We first came to this place when it was called The District. Just went today and really love all the new changes they have made! Food was excellent, all the staff were super friendly, and they had great music vibes. They also have bottomless mimosas/build your own bloody Mary bar! Definitely will be back!

Great location- tons of outdoor seating w/ mist & bottles of champagne for mimosas (Orange/Cran/Pineapple) ! Chips and chorizo queso were great! Our smashbrowns were served cold & the chicken and waffles weren't really seasoned so they were just okay.

Food was amazing, or at least the dish I ordered was (chillequias)! Loved that there are many options for juice types for bottomless mimosa. I didn’t like that the drinks were like buffet style but the options were nice my meal and bottomless mimosas came to $42 before tip 🥲 so a bit pricey. Our waitress was wonderful and the girl she was training was also awesome. We had a group of six ladies come for brunch, and all of us were freezing 😭 the air conditioning was working too well? Patio was nice and the fish were super cool. The interior of the restaurant was okay and patio was nice but small. Will be back sometime!

Thought to stop in last Saturday 5/8 for brunch as had heard great things about the District. I gave a 4 star rating for great food, the service was horrible. It took roughly 10 minutes to be greeted and 1/2 hour to get our food. The time on our ticket showed the order wasn't put in until 22 minutes after we placed it. Also, were planning on buying 2 pints of ice cream but a ticket was placed on the table before the plates were even cleared. So we decided to forego the treat. That being said, the waffle sliders and breakfast burrito were delicious. The deviled eggs were good as well. If you decide to come for brunch and drink alcohol, I would suggest the bottomless mimosas. It gaurantees that a server will swing by your table frequently. I'm not a drinker and we were never checked on. I would possibly order take out from here, but doubt I'll be back to dine in.

Great gem in an awesome location. The food and drinks are amazing. We ended up going twice in one week because it was so good and we didn’t know when we’d be back in town. The first time was in the afternoon right at the start of happy hour. They have a small selection of $6 appetizers and drinks. We ended up getting the Mac n 🧀 (good, but needed 🧂), the Buffalo wings, and the cheese curds. OMG, the 🧀 Curds were the best I’ve ever had! Like seriously. My husband ended up grabbing a couple of the $2 bird dog shots and a old fashioned🥃(happy hour drink for $6). He also grabbed the bbq burger which looked a little dry to me but he thoroughly enjoyed it. The next time we went back, we brought two friends. We had a new server but she was super nice. We had one slight hiccup with communicating regarding the drink specials but the manager assisted and cleared that up. The menu has soups, sandwiches, pasta, and more. We sat out on the patio both times we went. They had a wide range of music playing, even older jams. All and all, this place is definitely the place to chill after a long day or a long weeks work or even brunch with a group of friends. The people next to us had some beautiful looking bottomless mimosas. 🤤 Must try even if once.

This place isn’t bad. I was super impressed that they had vegan options and it was good. I ordered the Beyond Smoked sausage and my friend got the brisket and wings. Their assortment of BBQ sauces were really good too. Kansas was my favorite. Our server was also sweet and attentive.

The District is a very fun place for brunch. It gets busy, so get there early. We did bottomless which is a good deal. $17 for unlimited mimosas, bloody maries, sangria, and screwdrivers. The breakfast burrito is incredible. It's huge, so come hungry. The burger is also very good. My favorite part was the hashbrowns. Very delicious. This was a good brunch.

We went to The District today for brunch and it was excellent! The cannonballs and hangover bowl are a must! There was only one guy working due to us coming at 11am, haha! He was so, so nice. We will be back for bottomless Bloody Marys!

Saturday afternoon brunch for our first time here. Was a little busy when we arrived and they couldn't seat 5 at the moment so we waited at the bar, got the bottomless mimosas and bloody Mary's. Very good, make your own style set up. When we got the text our table was ready we went up to the hostess who proceeded to seat a group of 6 who just walked in, and when she came back seemed baffled we were there for our table of 5. She then asked us to wait again so she could find someone to clean off another table for us. Either she gave our table away or they weren't actually ready to seat is yet... Either way it was a little off setting to be cast aside like that. Once seated our server was great. Food was good and presented nicely. I had the brunch burrito which was OK. Was not built well, cheese wasn't melted and the pork chili lacked spice. Other than that everything was great. I'll come back just to try something else off the menu and let me end with this: if you offer a burrito in Denver, it better be outstanding. I'll come for the drinks tho!

The menu here was absolutely amazing! We really enjoyed the bottomless mimosas and the beautiful patio. The breakfast bowls were great! The food took some time to come out, but they were extremely busy and we were in no rush. Our waitress was wonderful. Overall, I really enjoyed our meal here!

Food was amazing and staff was just as good. Our server's name was Nicole and she did such a great job! Make sure to ask for her if yiu stop by. I highly recommend the waffle sliders with warm maple syrup. The breakfast burrito is also fantastic. Will knock your socks off. Great spot after a long night!
