We had our son's 1st birthday lunch here before heading over to the National Western Stock Show and I don't know that we could have picked a better place! Family friendly, good beer, great space and a very accommodating staff made it the perfect pick for us. Thank you again!
We dropped in yesterday to have a few beers as well as some lunch. Note: food comes from the food truck or from some other source. They do not have kitchen there. We drank some of the lighter beers e.g.. Laugers and saison with lunch, then on to the barrel aged, including both coffee options. Outstanding
I work right next to it and it's a great place have a great beer after a long shitty day! The staff is awesome And the crowd is always a good time!
Incredible. Landmark. Historical. Game Changer.
These are all words I would use to describe the impact of River North Brewery on Denver and their footprint in the Colorado craft beer market.
I tried River North when I first got into craft beer and didn't like it. Not because the beer wasn't well made, I just flat out didn't like the style of beers.
Fast forward three years later, they are one of my favorite breweries. The flavors and complexities took a while for me to appreciate. My pallet was not used to bubblegum, clove, hay, coriander, or other distinct characteristics.
I started appreciating their beer with J. Marie. My first saison aged in wine barrels. From that point, I went out and bought every variation I could get. I quickly fell in love. Then Big City Quad and Barrel Blonde came along and changed what I thought a barrel aged beer could be.
From their staple House and White, to their BA big beers like Avarice, to their creative rule breaking sours, if you are looking for the defining Denver brewery, you need to stop at River North. Trust me.
One of the best places in denver to have a good beer nice people nice place good service you will love it
At long last, a first trip to River North this week and it was outstanding! Had a flight across a wide range of styles, and all were spot on. The staff are friendly, the vibe is legit and the beer is just amazing. Back soon!
I’m partial to Belgians, so I love this place. Lots of friendly people & dogs, too. The food truck (The Farmer in the Hive) was also awesome.
This place constantly impresses me! Their beer is amazing and I’m always looking forward to the next release. Love Mountain Haze, but can’t wait for another Tripel. Thanks for being amazing and keep up the good work #rivernorther2018
Great brewery with exceptional beer! The Quads are some of the best I have tasted! Thank you to Scott for being such a gracious host! We bought some great beers to go and will be back soon! Great atmosphere!
My roommate and I stumbled upon River North Brewery a touch shy of a month ago. We were instantly charmed by the smaller but commanding atmosphere. By the second go the bartenders already knew my name, creating a welcoming atmosphere and a sense of community.
And the beer. By god that beer. Belgian lover or otherwise, River North Brewery has something for you. Want a light, crisp beer? Then the Wit is for you. More of an IPA fan? The Hoppenberg will knock you on your ass in the best way possible. And let's not forget the heavy hitting quadrupel aptly named Quandry.
tl;dr: welcoming taproom, great beer.
Great beer. Great staff. Did a tour with the owner. Looking forward to trying more of their beers
The best around! It's worth the drive. Especially the big city quad.
Delicious super yummy do recommend. Kind people, doggos, etc. 👍
River North is excellent brewery and one cannot go wrong with a visit to the taproom. I enjoy everything they make and they make it well.

One visit and honestly... I will be back to buy cases of the J Marie Whiskey if that let me. A 12 hour drive there is completely worth it. Great beer and a stellar group of people behind the bar.
The beer and atmosphere was amazing. My wife and I stopped in on a Sunday night to sample the beer and ended up sitting at the bar for a couple hours visiting with the regulars like we were old friends.

5++ stars. This reminds me of the breweries of 10 or so years ago, which is a great thing!
Lots of high alcohol, high taste choices. I drink beer for the taste do to have a bunch of delicious Belgium styles beer on tap is a bonus.
Loved the tap house being open to the tanks and brewing equipment.
Also really appreciated how dog friendly it is in there! My Brittany had a great time getting treats and meeting other dogs!
This place and the beer are always great. Not much more to say other than this is a Brewery that defines the Denver beer scene. Even with the move north to the Washington location and then back to the second Taproom on Blake (rip original 10 seat Brewery 😥) the consistency and quality of the beers and staff is what makes this worth a visit or fifty.
Still the best after a decade, Matt and team, seriously keep it up, we appreciate you all.
10/10 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this dope little spot. Their New England IPA is delicious, as well as their amber ale! Amanda is a great bartender, very attentive and service oriented 👌🤘
Service is fantastic. Beers are decent depending on what you are into. Good selection of darker beers (stouts and porters). Seating is a bit uncomfortable and a bit warm inside otherwise I'd be at 5 stars
Great IPA (West Coast), and good ambiance. There was a food truck outside, and space for a good group of people at the bar or at tables. Some good merchandise (t-shirts, hats, classic beer merch), and the bartender was helpful and friendly. Easy to get in and out, looked like plenty of parking. I’ll be back.
The beer was great and the bartender, Scott was very friendly and helpful! My bf got the River North Pils and the Colorado IPA, both very good easy to drink. I got the soirée because I'm a fan of sours and it did not disappoint! We were happy to see a dog friendly sign on the door. The new location looks amazing, but the only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that it's a bit out of the way and did not have a patio. The garage doors opened though so that helped. We'll definitely be back with our pup and look forward to a second taproom opening up again in RiNo!
Dog Friendly. Nice Atmosphere. Solid Beer List. Friendly Staff. Free Parking. No Wifi. Good Selection of Beer to go. Overall nice place to visit!
Love this place!! Tucked away in a warehouse, the tap room is comfortable and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommended!! Scott was very knowledgeable and explained in detail the differences in beers to us.
Large space and a great selection of very tasty and interesting beers. Friendly staff too
Really good, quality craft beers, and such a great variety of styles. We can't say enough good things about the beers we tasted. We enjoyed everything from their sours to their variety of IPAs as well as their barrel-aged specials. Don't hesitate to drop in.
