Best burger ever!!! Gluten free bun doesn't get soggy like at other places! Staff is always very helpful and friendly. Bathroom was clean. Parking can be a little difficult due to area but it's worth it!
Ordered for pickup around 5pm. Was a bit disappointed that my $6 shake had about an inch of room at the top and the burger didn't really hold up for the 15 minutes it took me to get back home to eat. The fries are delicious and the burger is good when it is nice and fresh (like eating in store right away.) These are definitely on the pricier side but I do appreciate the wide availability of different dietary types of food (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.)
I had a fantastic time with this Shake Shack. My meal was so satisfying and delicious. I ordered one of their holiday-themed shakes and I loved it! Also, the introduction of their new Hot One's flavored sandwiches was such a great idea.
Will definitely be returning to the RiNo location soon 👍
Visiting from Houston Texas, first time eating here! Our cashier was very friendly and informative! She very gave us a sample of the sauce with fries to try before buying! That's was awesome and everything was delicious 😋🤤
My only complaints is I would have rather a person taking my order vs doing it myself on a tablet. The food was good and after we were able to go right outside and look at some cool art.

During a recent convention in Denver, I had the chance to indulge in some truly delicious snacks. The quick service was notable and helped keep the energy of the event flowing smoothly. However, there was a glaring issue: the cleanliness of the bathrooms. For a venue hosting such a vast number of visitors, the maintenance and hygiene of such essential facilities are crucial. I'd strongly suggest reaching out to a commercial cleaning company. They could offer guidance if you're aiming for a franchise-like scope of work for cleaning, ensuring your environment is apt for the high traffic volume. It would also be worth evaluating the service intervals for restroom maintenance. The good news is that with the right direction, improvements can be swift and significant. Overall, while the food was outstanding, the cleanliness detracted from the full experience. Had my schedule permitted, I would've discussed this with the management. Boyfriend and I stopped in to have a burger as we were charging the Tesla. We had burgers and drinks and shared an order of fries. The cost was over $33. Wow, the burgers were good, tasty, I don’t feel The quality of the meal justify the price. Frankly, we could’ve gone to Chili’s and gotten just as good at hamburger for and paid less money and gotten dessert as well.
Walking into the building the atmosphere was amazing! The staff greeted you as soon as you walked in, offer to help you order if they notice you’re having trouble ordering at the kiosk. The food was good but to me it wasn’t worth the pricing. I also didn’t like that all items were separately and there are no meals. Overall I would rate this place an 8 overall.
As a NY native I’m always craving Shake Shack! And it never misses! I always feel like I’m right back in Manhattan! Thank you for being consistent guys, honestly it means the most when we’re a little homesick!! 🫶
Shake Shack is the supreme fast-casual burger restaurant, in my opinion. Not only is the food hella good but the company’s backstory and insane growth is quite impressive as well.
On this particular visit I indulged in a Double ShakeShack Burger (Angus beef cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, and ShackSauce on a toasted potato bun, $8.99) and Crinkle Fries ($3.29), skipping the namesake to save room for booze. I loved every bite. These burgers are beyond delicious. The burger is so moist and veggies fresh. The ShackSauce is pretty much their version of fry sauce which no one beyond the PNW ever has so it probably has something to do with why I love this place so much. You can’t skip out of the fries. Well, you can, but you’re doing yourself a mean one.
If you’ve never been to one of these restaurants this is your sign. I can’t miss it if I’m around one!
Incredible food, great service, quick speed, just a bit expensive. Expect to spend $20 per person for a burger, fries and shake, but trust me, the quality of the food is entirely worth it! Shake Shack does indeed slap.
Love the shroom burger. It's nice to actually to be able to be able to go to shake shack while home instead of only on vacations! Customer service is great as well.
I’ve meant to update my review more than just once since their opening so here you go:
Food is still fresh and delicious. Service is awesome. The restaurant is tidy and the bathroom is clean. The patio area is welcoming as well. My husband always gets the double cheeseburger with cheese fries and I get the shroom burger with fries. Their soda is bubbly but I do wish they would have a self service area in order to refill drinks more promptly. Although, they are always friendly when giving you a refill. Normally you don’t have to wait long for your food or a table to sit even on busy days. We will continue to come here as we’ve enjoyed it for years when out of town and are happy to see it here at home!
The service was fast and the people were super friendly. The burger has a great grill taste and the portions are good. Food isn't too greasy. The store was clean and the atmosphere was inviting. Great for families or for friends hanging out.
