Their smothered burritos are really good! They melt the cheese and sauce on top which makes makes all their food taste so good and hot (warmed up)! The best thing about Costa Vida is their Pork Green Chili sauce, PLEASE PLEASE bring it back permanently!!! It is AMAZING!!!! I was SO excited today when it came back seasonally!!! The service is always fast and friendly, store is clean and they have a deal of the day which includes a free drink. I have only had the burritos and bowls, but I'm sure the other food is great as well! Thanks you guys are fantastic!

Think chipotle maxed out. Huge portions of amazing food and a staff dedicated to making lunch a quick trip to the coast. The bubble wall simulated the soothing churning tides of the white sand beaches of Mexico. They make fresh tortillas in house right in front of you. Give you several choice to fill them then bake to melted cheese perfection in a conveyor oven. The shrimp is made fresh to order as well. The staff was very nice and helped us choose some great options for our first time there.

The food was great. My husband and I were both pleased. He got a smothered steak burrito and I got grilled chicken enchiladas. Their chicken was seasoned well and was tender. I also love their horchata. Additionally, they were quite busy but moved people through quickly and efficiently. The staff was also friendly. Overall, a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back.

Love this place! It’s so cute and clean and the perfect spot for lunch! Come a little before noon and avoid the line! But they’re always speedy quick! The staff is super nice and always has suggestions! I love the salads with sweet pork!!! This is a chipotle lovers dream without all the factory farm shaming and calories! Fav fav fav lunch spot!

I eat here too much. I get my receipts texted to me and I had one from Costa Vida 4 days in a row 😂 I love this place though. Their sweet pork has me hooked and their tres leches is good too. They make their tortillas right in front of you and they have horchata as a fountain drink. Every time I have gone to this location it has been clean and the staff has been nice. If you haven’t tried them, you’re missing out. I used to live in western Colorado and I was so happy when I found out they did have Costa Vida in Denver too- that was back in 2015.

Enthusiastic & friendly staff, fresh tortillas and well-made food! I could honestly make a meal of the fresh tortillas and horchata, but luckily there's lots of other tasty options, including refried beans, which is a bit of a game changer in the fast-casual Mexican game. Will definitely be back!

This location is very clean! The food was extremely fresh and i’m pleasantly surprised... I had read reviews that this place didn’t have veggie options and that the food was not fresh, but i had an offer for a free meal here so i came anyway and hoped for the best. Happy to say it was delicious and they defiantly had veggie options! Yay :~)

Stopped by Costa Visa for dinner on recommendation of a local friend. I had the grilled chicken baja bowl with guacamole. My friends also ordered chips and queso for the table. The baja bowl was quite good. The only suggestion would be to make the hot sauce a little hotter. I like spice and this sauce was fairly mild. The guacamole was very good, too. The queso was a little different. Almost as if something else - maybe their pico - was puréed in with the cheese. It's a little sweeter, a little thinner, and a little grittier than I am accustomed to; but it wasn't bad. Overall a good stop for a Southwest-style meal.

This was my first time to a Costa Vida. I was very pleased with the food. The staff was quick and much more friendly than most fast-casual chains. Dining room was clean and spacious.

I was one of the last customers of the day before closing. I interacted with 2 employees - one young, friendly and with whom I had to tell correct price to and one who looked like a manager, who made my food and was quite busy recording stuff and kinda ignoring me. But food was good and hit the spot.

Good atmosphere with fast enough service. There was a little too much sauce on my Raspberry Chicken salad though, otherwise no complaints!

Good food, friendly staff and quick service. O and the tortillas were fresh! I just wish I knew they also had corn tortillas.

I decided to stop in for lunch and received exceptional and prompt service. The employee who helped me had just finished cleaning the counters, so he washed his hands before preparing my order, and was attentive to the fact that I had requested my food be prepared gluten-free. I ordered to-go and my food was still hot when I got back to work and it was quite delicious! I've been to the Golden and Castle Rock locations before and I would highly recommend this location even over the others.

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at dinner time to find a full restaurant but no queue to order. I was greeted with a smile and placed my order, which was custom built as I watched. The burrito was excellent, and quite large - it actually served as dinner for that evening and lunch today at work - and the ingredients were fresh and very tasty. The restaurant itself was clean and well stocked, with plenty of napkins, lids, straws, and utensils. The rubbish bins were empty in spite of the busyness of the business. This is a restaurant I will visit again!

Overall, I'd recommend this for a quick lunch or dinner. We were here on a Saturday afternoon, and there was hardly anyone in the place. Or food was pretty good, comparable in quality to Chipotle or Cafe Rio (closest in flavor to Cafe Rio). My husband thought the meat was too sweet. The service was fast, and the place was very clean. Prices are about what you should expect from fast Mex--$10-15/person. Kids meals were only a few bucks and were pretty good size. The only real negative was that there are just 2 unisex restrooms, and the employees them too. So, despite the restaurant not being busy at all, there was a wait for the restroom.
