What a terrific lunch! It was a pleasure to pop in and sample a few hot apps. The octopus cakes with bonito flakes was wildly good! The chicken and pork gyoza are so crispy and rich. Loved the fried Brussels sprouts with candied pecans. Our server was real friendly and efficient. Can’t wait to return for happier hour!

Loved the sushi. The place is in great area, surrounded by some of our favorite casual and tasty spots. The waitress was a delight, the sushi was very, very, very tasty, the cocktails were on a weaker side but still ok. The birthday shot, though- absolutely delicious! We tried three different specialty rolls: rainbow, lohi, and Tokyo. We enjoyed them all but ended up ordering a second round of the Tokyo. It was so good. The gluten free options were clearly marked on the menu. Will come back again for sure!

Super tasty food and fun atmosphere, albeit about half way through our dinner it seemed like they cranked the music up like double, and it was already loud to begin with. We were basically almost yelling at each other and still struggled to hear our convo. Our dinner seating was around 6ish or so so it’s not like it was party time yet.

Wonderful experience here! The fish was very fresh and everything tasted amazing! My favorite was the salmon nigiri and Yellowtail hamachi. The eggplant was a wonderful starter. Mocktails were delicious!

Having lived in Colorado my whole life, I’m ashamed to say this is my first time coming to this restaurant. And I couldn’t be more impressed! My friend is visiting from Illinois and we were in the area and starving so we happened upon this place during happy hour. It’s from 4-6 and fantastic! Our waiter was an absolute gem and we’re so grateful he put up with our shenanigans. The atmosphere was unbelievable. So stunning. Idk who decorated this place, but is there a chance you can come help me at my house too? Anyway, if you’re in the area this place is life changing. Please go.

I went to this place on a recommendation from a friend and was just blown away. The atmosphere is beautiful, very cozy and well thought out. The food was just out of this world! I had the spicy edamame and a few sushi rolls and was left speechless. The service was just as incredible and our server recommended an incredible drink called "Fruity pebbles" which tasted just as the name suggests. I plan on visiting this place again very soon to continue trying all the other incredible dishes on their menu. Highly recommend!

This place was an unexpected vibe. We had fun chowing down with the dj playing edm in the background. Best matcha tiramisu I’ve ever had.

Came here with my beautiful husband on a Sunday night. The Sushi was amazing. We had the Tokyo roll, hotate roll, Negi toro and chicken Karagke… all were at the recommendation of our incredibly warm and kind server, Jet. The tiramisu was to die for. Will come back again and again. Thanks to Jet for making the night magical for us.

A decent sushi spot. Great service. The few pieces of sushi I had were adequate, not special and not bad just average. The sushi pieces were better than the roll. Great presentation. It will not be my go to, but I'd be down if a friend wanted to meet up there.

Their specialty Sushi was SO good. Very creative, fresh and suoer tasty rolls. The place is SI pretty. I gave up trying to rank the great sushi places in Denver. Too many to count. One great advantage of this one is the decor, the terrace, a great bar selection, and the fact that it is within walking distance of the of Little Man Ice cream. So you can make that walk part of the evening. The area us super pretty and pleasant to walk around.

The best atmosphere for a sushi restaurant. Super fun & fancy feeling vibe. Bartenders (Ben) are great & perfect for a birthday dinner or celebration. Overall, love the atmosphere of this place. Sushi is a bit pricey but for Denver it’s reasonable. Would highly recommend checking this out!

itadakimasu!! Mizu Izakaya was such an amazing spot for my friends birthday dinner! We were super grateful they were able to accomodate our (last minute) party of 6 with a cute lil booth out on the back porch area! The restaurant itself is very hip and hype with a live DJ playing and lots of buzz around. Located conveniently right off of I-25 near downtown Denver. The garlic edamame was a table favorite, and the kobe beef buns were tasty. My friend and I split a bottle of the pink Sayuri unfiltered sake and it was sooo cute it came with a little sparkler, not to mention delicious. Had the Vegas roll for dinner and was great! Dragon roll was also delicious, and the cherry blossom looked beautiful, though I didnt try it because I was wayy too full. Would most definitely visit again for a fun sushi night in Denver :)

I guess I came here for the wrong food. I thought this is a yakitori (Japanese skewers) place but the skewers are actually the worst part among all the food we tried. The selection is very minimum and they are very pricey. Steak is over cooked on the skewer. However all of their seafood dishes are amazing. And the decorations in the restaurant is great so I would go there again for the seafood

Great spot to check out if you like sampling a lot of different plates and dishes coupled with good drinks. For the quality and price it’s a good spot for dinner anytime. It can get pretty loud inside, so maybe try the patio if possible, especially since DJ’s may play on weekends later in the night making dinner talk a little hard. Overall love coming here!

Awesome experience. 1st time hear. The ombiance was incredible. Sushi was definitely some of the best I've had in all of Denver. Uni and the Chilean sea bass were a couple, that stood out. Top quality and fresh. You won't be disappointed if you love sushi.
