Amazing place. I went here alone to eat and enjoyed the food and service. I had nachos and tacos. Nachos was just too good. My server was too nice to replace the nachos for me as the first one had undercooked chicken and some chips. After that it was great in taste, loved it. I also ordered shrimp tacos and it was great too. Salsa was just too good with chips.

Free thin crispy chips and not at all spicy salsa when you are seated. Spacious. Really friendly service. Food is good. Tortilla soup was very good! The combo platter was also pretty tastey...the queso is not at all spicy.

Nice atmosphere in a pretty venue downtown. My son really enjoyed his carnitas. The quesadilla was good but I wasn't crazy about the steak.

I have a thing for good Mexican food and Hacienda was great. Shared a chicken quesadilla, mixed greens salad with chicken and guacamole, with chips & salsa to start.

Everyone was nice from beginning to end. The hostess, the servers, my waiter, and management. The food was great, portions are more than enough, decor was cozy. Appreciate the great service!

Here we go! You're in downtown Denver and great restaurants are a dime a dozen; really! So I scout out many different ones and I'm sure they're great but I chose this one and I read a lot of the reviews especially the negative ones. So I get there and they are really busy and it is 5 O'Clock on a Friday evening I still get seated within about 8 minutes and they are seating big groups of 6 and 8 from some nearby convention. They have a top shelve margarita special so let's try one of those. This is a quasi high end Mexican restaurant and who doesn't like Mexican food? So good Mexican food is even better! I saw one review where they downgraded the restaurant because the chips (in Mexico called Totopos) are thin. Thin chips are a delicacy you can't even get in Mexico City. They don't even make chips there; they create chips out of tortillas that they cut into sixths. They're ok but they're not crisp. There were many interesting items on the menu but I decided on the pork enchiladas. Carnitas. As busy as they were, the food came out quickly and was excellent tasting AND perfect temperature. Quite a feat on a busy night. Now the salsas. They brought me the green chili salsa with the chips the first time and it was interesting but not really any appreciable heat so they brought me the Roasted Jalapeño salsa on the enchiladas AND a small bowl of their Habanero salsa which had mango mixed in and was very hot. I didn't even mess with their ghost pepper salsa; there is such a thing as too hot! So the moral of the story is that they have many salsas of flavor and heat so don't leave without getting the one you want. Thank everyone for you reviews but sometimes you have to consider the source. This place is a 5+.

Food was fantastic and the wait staff was extremely friendly. The music was a little loud for the atmosphere. I would definitely visit again!

My husband and I were visiting Denver recently and stopped in as we heard the food was good. We weren't disappointed! Huge servings, everything was really fresh and delicious. Hard to choose. We had fajitas, quesadillas and guacamole and our server, Dom, was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Delicious margaritas too.

Food was good, moderately pricey about $15 a plate. Wait staff was nice and helpful. Meal started with completely chips and salsa. Main dish was good could've been spicier, Margaritas were tasty. Sopapillas were made well but heavy. Seating was open and nice since wasn't too busy since it's still so new.

This place is understated and a great value particularly for happy hour. They have happy hour 7 days a week (hours very between weekends and week days). The house margarita beats all other margaritas here and it’s on tap. The side of guacamole is delicious and generous for the money at happy hour. The staff keep you well supplied with chips so no guacamole will go to waste. The chicken quesadilla is delicious and a great deal at happy hour too. The bar is spacious, the main restaurant is nice and has booth spaces and they have a banquet room too. If the weather is warm, there’s patio seating. The staff is very nice and the service is good.

Great place to grab a quick, great tasting lunch. Kind of loud for conversation, but not so loud that you can't have a pleasant discussion. Extremely convenient location downtown. The architecture is chic and the restaurant was very clean. The service was great - not pushy despite the crowd waiting for a table. The food was delicious and served at at the correct temperature. Recommend Hacienda Colorado if you are downtown and want a quick, tasty Mexican meal.

Planned an event with them. They were incredibly flexible and accommodating. Because their food is made from scratch, they could adapt their event menu to include gluten-free and vegetarian options. All my concerns were addressed promptly. Great customer service experience!
