Absolutely fantastic food!! The owner came to speak to us to make sure we were enjoying our choices and was very friendly. Great service! I had the stewed lamb plate and the meat was falling off the bone and the gravy so flavorful. Absolute comfort food. Definitely make this a stop if you’re in the Denver downtown area. (Near the convention center)

This was the best Peruvian food I ever had. So flavorsome with every bite. Even the soup was better then I anticipated. The drinks are tasty and worth it. I would highly recommend and would definitely visit again. Waitresses were also polite and attentive.

We tried the Papa a la huancaina, lomo saltado a lo pobre, medio pollo a la brasa, arroz con pecho de pato, accompanied by pisco sours and maracuyá sours, and finished it all off with their cheesecake topped with passion fruit glaze. Everything was delectable, service was outstanding, and their prices were fair for the quality of food. Portions are generous. 20% Gratuity is included in the final bill.

I love Peruvian food and I’m so glad to have finally found one near by. Everything here was delicious and great big portions too. The pisco sour was one for the best cocktails I’ve ever had. Ceviche mixto is a must-must-must and make sure to ask for the Peruvian hot sauce which will elevate the dish to whole ‘nother level Lomo Saltado is as reliable as ever. Savory, tender, and everything on that plate was delicious. Even the fries. Papa rellena was a bit unexpected. It’s baked. I’m used to the deep fried version, but it’s still great and loved that olive in there. And the BEST part of course was the passion fruit cheesecake. The cheesecake itself was so creamy and combined with the tart passion fruit made for an amazing treat.

Authentic food, authentic customers. The owners came by to check on us and to answer our questions about the food, the restaurant and the history of Peru. Very enjoyable experience at Los Cabos and the food was delicious and unique to us Gringos.

We’ve been to Peru numerous times, stayed in Denver for a week and decided to try this place with nieces and nephews. Everything was very very good! Highly recommend this place, so tasty the Arroz con Mariscos and Paella were outstanding. Remember this is not Mexican food, this is Latin American Japanese infused food, that’s Peruvian. Pisco Sours we’re great, Inca Cola always a favorite. No Anticuchos though. We were hoping to have some. Everything so good though.

delicious peruvian food. we spilt a lomo saltado a lo pobre and it was super filling. the steak sauce soaks beautifully into the french fries and they load up on veggies. we tried a new dessert and fell in love with the mazzamorra morada, the cinnamon adds the perfect touch.

Visited Denver with my wife for my birthday and this was by far our favorite restaurant! The food was flavourful, presented well and the customer service was also on point. The drinks were good also. If/when we go to Denver again this establishment is a must. Highly recommend!!!

We order Lomo Saltado and Pollo Saltado, order came fast and delicious. The environment is super cute and smells like "good food is made here". Staff is very friendly, it was my first time in a Peruvian restaurant since I moved to CO and I was really missing it.
