The menu is simple yet diverse with sufficient choices of your favorite Jamaican food.
The spicy got options REALLY are.
Friendly, delightful wait staff. Jamaican and fountain soft drinks.
To counter the spicy the Irish Moss soft drinks are great; either the vanilla or peanut flavor.
My new favorite spot...jerk to die for!
Every time I go we get fast friendly service I appreciate the waiter. he's always friendly and in good spirits. the food is always good and it's always cooked all the way through I'm a big fan of the oxtails and I'm also a big fan of the Cabbage so I can't wait to get there again. I've already told all my friends about it.
First time eating Jamaican food. My girlfriend actually recommended it, (not the place, but the food being that she is from chicago) we googled to see if there was actually any Jamaican food in Denver and to our surprise there was!
And omg I was sooooo satisfied!
I had the chicken curry and plantains my girlfriend had the jerk chicken!
The lady working was amazing!
And it was so good we ordered seconds for dinner
I had the oxtails and they were also good!
Definitely recommend this place!

Incredible. I love Jamaican food and this place does not disappoint. Highly recommended. However: before you order the spicy jerk chicken, make sure you understand what you're getting into. I love spicy food and this stuff about ripped my face off. Not for the weak.
Fabulous food, the jerk chicken and jerk pork ribs are excellent, all of the food are group had was excellent and the rum punch is great too! The staff are the BEST!!
Very good food I enjoyed it a lot. I will suggest it to all my friends to go check it out. Next time I will have the curry goat :-)
The oxtails were big and the best tasting, and that cabbage delight was new to me.
Food taste damn good. I really do recommend this place to go for family dinner breakfast or lunch.
As a West Indian residing in South Florida, I will say I am pleasantly surprised with this meal. My first bite was a piece of the chicken and I thought it can nyam but it got better as I continued to eat the meal. The food wasn’t spicy like other reviewers mentioned (the sauce was actually a bit too sweet in my opinion) nor does it compare to Fort Lauderdale, or NYC’s, Jamaican food but for Denver, it was one of my best meals here. I didn’t enjoy the potato salad and should’ve gotten the fried plantain but being that it isn’t something typically served on menus home, I figured I would try it. I’ll try this restaurant again when I am back in town and feeling homesick.
PS - price in my opinion is a little high but you get a large portion for it. Jamaican food in Fort Lauderdale is typically $6-8 for chicken meals this size so my opinion on pricing is very biased.
Coming from South Florida this place hit the spot. The only time I can get Jamaican and Soul Food worth eating is when I make it here in Denver but this restaurant definitely changed that. I recommend the curry chicken (pictured) or the oxtail stew but all the food is amazing. Generous portions for price IMHO.
The food is out of this world and Davi was amazing. She even send us home with drinks to go! I’m gonna go back and see her and order the chicken montego bay or the natural mystic!!!
Every other Friday I get a half day and rush over her to get lunch at one of my favorite spots in Denver . Their jerk chicken is tender and delicious , their oxtail is fire and their spicy is actually spicy . I tried their red snapper this time and it was delicious. I really enjoy the food here at it reminds me of family meals..
Some of the best food I’ve ever had, will absolutely be returning to try different menu items. Service is also VERY fast. If you’re anywhere near Santa Fe and 8th ave you have to stop by.
Sooo goood ordered jerk chicken at medium spice and a veggie platter flavor was perfect

I’d been craving oxtails for a while and Jamaican Grill knocked it out of the park!! The ladies that took my order were great and polite and the food was very delicious!! It was worth every penny!! I will be coming back very soon
10/10! Absolutely loved it. We got the wings and the ribs. Wings were crispy and delicious; the ribs melted in my mouth. And for the first time I had brown rice that I genuinely enjoyed. The rice wasn’t just a bed of carbs for the meat to lay on, it was a flavorful accent that perfectly meshed with the flavors of the meat.
This is our favorite Jamaican place here in Denver. We highly recommend the jerk chicken, fried chicken, fried sea bass and oxtail. Ordering is super easy. It’s a small restaurant so you can either eat there or get it to go. This is a local business that started in 2013 and the owner is such a sweet lady. Love supporting our local businesses!
I’ve been to many many Jamaican restaurants but by far this one was definitely one of the best the curry goat was on point !!!!!! Moist meat not overcooked or dry🔥🔥It was definitely a great experience and the service conversation and smiles were a fantastic way to spend an afternoon on Denver. We bought quite a few different plates and all 🔥🔥🔥🔥💯💯💯
Good food, good location. Small kind of a Mom and Pop shop, feels very authentic. Reggae music playing in the background. Pictures of Jamaica and famous Jamaicans on the wall. They have a small bar with a variety of drinks, special Jamaican Rum drinks. The food is very good, flavorful, a little spicy, not too much. The portions are a good size. There is street parking available.
