Since I moved here I have been going to Copper Door at the gardens regularly. This location is great, the prices are inflated Denver-area coffee prices for the drinks, but nothing unusual. However, why I keep coming back here is because they actually sell their bags of coffee at a reasonable price. It’s impossible to find good beans in Denver for $16-18 anywhere else (yes Corvus, your coffee is amazing but $24 a bag? Get out of here). The coffee is good enough to bring me back to buying the beans - and sometimes you get something as tasty as the Brazilian which should be retailing for even higher, but no complaints!
Going there often to spend some time with friends and/or do some work. I’ve always had space to seat because it is usually not crowded, but it is not very large.
Really like the coffee and the drink options. Haven’t really tried the food
Nice vibe in a great location. Excellent coffee. You should definitely give the spot a try.
Tested out the the new Copper Door Coffee shop today. Parking was a miss in the afternoon, maybe because all the construction. It's a tight area. Ordered the toasted almond latte with almond milk -- twas' delicious, however, way too much syrup...had an alcohol-y taste to it. Staff, meh. The person who helped me at the counter was friendly, but the person making my coffee didn't acknowledge me (even though I said a few things to them). I was the only patron at the time. Lots of great local coffee shops in the Park Hill area, this one not a favorite.
Love this place! It was great to see so many meeting there for coffee and catching up. Lots of seating. But my favourite is the fact that their London Fog makes me feel at home. The hands down best London Fog EVER! I also grabbed a GF bread slice. Yum!
Copper Door is such a good addition to Park Hill. I didnt know we needed another coffee shop until CD opened: It is such a good vibe for working - like, this *is* your remote work coffee shop, Park Hill people. Don't get me wrong, it's good for anything coffee related, but in a world where Honey Hill is (delightful) madness and Cake Crumbs belongs to McAuliffe students in the afternoon hours, Copper Door is a calm, quiet, bright, productive, peaceful (dare I say "adults only") coffee shop. Spend your money and time here, the internet is great, no one is crying, and the music is reminiscent of my 2010 "finals week" playlist. It's great.
We are huge Copper Door fans and we're beyond thrilled to have one in our neighborhood! The atmosphere is calming and open. The coffee is DELICIOUS! This corner coffee shop is an absolute treasured addition to this area!!!
I envoi going here for some good coffee and a great place to get some work done. It’s a quiet neighborhood café
