What a diamond in the rough! We were on our way back to the Denver Airport, and we came upon this coffee and tea shop!
Such a cute place with numerous loose leaf and baged teas to choose from, coffees, lattes, crepes, quiche and sandwiches!
We ordered a vegan matcha latte, naturally sweetened with honey, (which is rare from a coffee shop) a
Cappuccino, and a strawberry Nutella crepe. The drinks were delicious and the crepe was fantastic đ. Definitely worth the wait.
I hope to come back some day to try their quiches and savory crepes!
Really nice spot, trusted the rating and decided to come check it out and do not regret it! Awesome and flavorful crepes, quiche was outstanding also! They were nice enough to throw in some extra whip cream on the waffles!
We are from out of town and wanted to grab a quick breakfast/brunch and stumbled upon Café Ciboulette. I did not expect to eat the best Turkey & Cheese with pesto panini here. We also had the Strawberry & Nutella waffle and crepe here. Also so delicious, not overwhelmingly sweet and had the perfect ratio of nutella & fruit.
Don't let the location fool you. Tucked inside an otherwise unremarkable strip mall on Alameda Avenue, Café Ciboulette is a true delight. And the real charm of the quaint cafe is the owner. My wife is partial to her chai tea lattes -- it has to be done *just* right. The quality of ingredients and the skill employed resulted in an otherworldly chai tea latte -- one she will be hunting down the next time we're in Denver. The quiches and Belgian waffles didn't disappoint either.
I personally loved this coffee shop. The milk was steamed so well for my boyfriends salted caramel cappuccino. The matcha was amazing, and true matcha, none of that sweet stuff. I also ordered a shot of espresso to try their bean and the espresso had hints of sweetness in it, and was pulled to perfection. We also bought two crepes one was the strawberry Nutella crepe and one was a banana Nutella crepe. Both were ten out of ten and supper delicious, my boyfriend even bought himself a second one. But don't be fooled these crepes are not small they're just that good. It's really hard now a days to find a good authentic coffee shop, but I loved everything about this coffee shop. The music was nice and I think it was French, the mugs were so adorable and had a homey feel to them, and the person working behind the counter was supper friendly and not intrusive. They also have these adorable house plants that have name, Harry and Zinc.
This place is a hidden gem! I had the matcha latte (I asked for a couple pumps of simple syrup since it comes unsweetened) with a chicken sausage quiche and a strawberry&Nutella crepe. The quiche was so good I was scraping up the crumbs! But the crepe was truly the star of the show. It was PACKED with Strawberries, which kept it from being too sweet!
Also, side note, the plants have names which is so adorable đ The owner clearly knows the regulars and asks after them; the regulars even said hi to me! I can't wait to come here again and again!
Cute little place and the owner was very courteous and helpful to everyone. I watched him make the crepes himself as well as the specialty drinks. I got a savory crepe (salmon) because I was starving but want to go back for some.of the sweeter stuff. The ambience was nice; some people catching up or reading while I took a quiet work meeting on my laptop.
Friendly owner with delicious crĂȘpes! I had the salmon one to go and it was excellent, with a peppery finish and texture you need from a savory crĂȘpe!
Right out of the airport we were looking for a great coffee place and voilaaa!! The high ratings and wonderful reviews did justice.
Its a small cafe but speaks volumes about their amazing crepes and coffee. We tried their veggie crepe and itâs the BEST one I have had till date. It fills you up just right and the cheese is not overwhelmingly filled either. Was served hot and tasted fresh!
If you are into waffles, would recommend trying their nutella topped one.
Coming to the service, the barista was so kind and accommodating. She did a wonderful job explaining what they have to offer and made us feel very comfortable. Highly recommend to try their cafe out and I am sure you will walk out happyđ
Cafe Cibouletteâs ambiance transferred me to a cafe in France. From the decoration to the placement of the tables, you could easily forget youâre in the USA. Their speciality is Java, which is grounded specifically for the cafe. They have various drinks, including cafe mocha, hot chocolate, Americano, cappuccino, cafe latte, and more. If youâre hungry, they serve freshly made quiches, crepes, waffles, and paninis. The service is phenomenal, friendly and professional. We had the turkey crepe and the salmon crepe, both delicious. I also had the mocha latte with oat milk, pretty smooth and creamy. Itâs a busy place with most of the tables taken even at past noon. The mornings are even busier. If you go, just expect itâs a busy place! Donât rush the cook or the waitresses. Pretend youâre in Europe, where time is slower and expect a wait and enjoy your time.
