This was our first time trying Egyptian food, and we were not disappointed. We tried the Koshari and I'm so glad we did. What an adventure in taste and texture, delightful! The portions are very generous and the price was great also. Maybe he's not super cheerful or overtly friendly, but he was polite and efficient, and it was almost 8pm. I came for food, and good food is what I got. I'll definitely be back.

This place gave me my first experience of Egyptian food and holy cow is it good! The staff were so incredibly friendly and attentive. Overall the place only has two main items on their menu: a pasta and lentil mixture that was surprisingly savory and tasty and a pita stuffed with meat and toasted. I would recommend going with another person, picking up one of each and sharing. They're both so good!

If you're a food enthusiast this place will not disappoint! They provide a vegetarian option Koshari which is a bowl with mixed ingredients such a lentils, chick peas, noodles and onions. An interesting combinations that hits your taste buds in the right way! For you meat eaters they have a grilled pita bread stuffed with beef that will make you come back for more. And before you order there delicious food make sure to save room for some dessert. You won't regret it 😉

Excellent food with a very friendly owner who clearly takes great pride in his restaurant. Simple menu but extremely tasty. Also a nice offering of Egyptian desserts though we didn’t have any room left to try. Hope to visit again next time we’re in Aurora.

While they might only have two entrees on the menu, the koshari was absolutely amazing. The server was a delight and made sure we had a great time. Also, the English tea was delightful. I will definitely be back for a great lunch.

Hidden gem! Delicious food. Fresh and tasty. I wasn't sure what to expect from Egyptian food and the menu is very simple but it was fantastic! And the dessert options were yummy. Highly recommend for fast casual delicious food.

It seems the small restaurants tucked into a shopping center are the way to go. This place was absolutely fantastic! It was a somewhat limited menu, but the owner said he will be expanding it over time. We literally tried everything they had and everything was delicious! Highly recommend!!

Very delicious traditional food and husband and wife were nice. Side note if you want something different from the menu which only has 2 items you can message them on Instagram at Koshari time to order a special meal which needs to be placed 1 day before. #positivegoodlife

Small location with a pretty limited menu but everything we ordered was delicious! Will definitely be back and hopefully the wait time will be shorter. We didn't mind waiting 20 minutes for our food since the staff was very friendly and upfront about it.

I went there with my family and we had koshary and dolma. I can't say enough good things about there food. It is so delicious and there food is the only authentic middle eastern cuisine in Denver because I have tried many Mediterranean restaurants in Denver and they don't live up my expectations. I will definitely go back and highly recommended 👍🏼

I just tried Koshari Time for lunch a couple of days ago and had a very tasty meal under $7.00. I had the Chicken Shish wrap which was served warm and with some new spices that I've never had. I believe the owners wife made her own mixture, which was called Shawarma, really adding to the flavor of the wrap. My husband tried the Kashari plate which is a mixture of chick peas, lentils, rice, pasta and crispy onions with a light garlic vinegar sauce.

Their food was good, the dessert was even better but I wish they had more entrees. Egypt has so many delicious dishes it would’ve been nice to see more than just 3 options.

Friendly staff and tasty food. The closest to authentic Egyptian street food you can find in Denver. Both the Kushari and Hawawshi tasted yummy. The restaurant is small but clean. Definitely will come again!

Obscure location. A bit out of the way, but there should be a sixth star for the food this place makes. Most authentic (only authentic) Egyptian I've had in Colorado. I really hope this place sticks around. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

If you would like to try Egyption cuisines and beyond, I highly recommend this restaurant. They have the best Middle Eastern food in the area. I loved the limited menu so I don't get confused! What amazed me is how they get fresh food daily with the same high quality!

The place looks unassuming, but the food is very good. I had koshari, and my wife had a falafel plate. Both dishes were great.
